First and foremost, I contacted Mr. Bernanke based on a reference given for taking excellent care of his clients regarding workers compensation type injuries. As an insurance agent, I had a severe ankle injury resulting in my inability to perform my duties and later resulting in termination. I highly recommend Mr. Bernanke, to represent anybody for any injury acquired on the job. He took over the part of dealing with insurance companies. And also their attorneys. When you are dealing with pain, and healing after surgery, believe me having someone who knows the law and goes the extra di stance for you takes away a lot of the stress. He always kept me informed of what was going on and I have the utmost respect for him and his staff. By the way he doesn't forget you after everything has settled, if you have any questions or need more help he is willing and gets answers for you. Would recommend him to anybody going through work injury.

Seth is an outstanding attorney that answered my questions and was very prompt in his responses. When I hired him, I already had 2 failed surgeries and I was facing yet another surgery for my injury. He really looked out for my best interests and was able to negotiate an outstanding settlement again st my huge employer. I hired John after being on workers Comp for about a year. Company stopped paying me my benefits and I was on the verge of losing everything in my life.
