Met with Mr.Hoethke at his office and gave him my information on my speeding ticket. He was very nice and told me not to stress or worry that they would handle everything for me to avoid those rate increases and points on my license. 22 miles over the speed limit was sure to get me in trouble ! I saw him that one time and that was it. He told me when I should receive an email with my results. He got everything cleared for me no issue and I just have to pay my court costs and that is it !!

Randall and I worked on a complicated case in North Carolina where our client suffered very serious injuries at the hands of very large corporate defendants. The multiple defendants denied liability to our seriously injured client and in discovery dumped thousands of pages of documents on Randall, h oping that he would miss something important. He was able to find the "smoking gun" papers out of those thousands and through extensive discovery and depositions his efforts led to a substantial settlement in the end. It was a pleasure working with Ann and her team. I was hit by a truck while riding my bicycle. I was out of work for 9 weeks, had 3 surgeries, and no way was I in shape to tackle the insurance claims or any other pieces of this case. There was no way I could have dealt with the insurance companies without her assistance. From the start, she explained to me the process and what we could expect and she was dead on. Mr. Moore did a great job in my situation. He answered any and every question I had in a layman's language, not legalize I would not follow. His call back response was excellent based on his time constraints and other client needs. I was able to just " drop in " without an appointment for a few brief words. The entire staff I encountered were exceptional. I was kept informed every step of the way on the process and was part of the process, not just a bystander. Jon listened to my concerns and explained each one to my satisfaction. My only disappointment was the amount of settlement received for loss of body parts. This was due to NC Workers Comp Law and Industrial Commission regulations, and does not reflect on Mr. Moore's ability. After my case settled, Mr. Moore's paralegal filed my disability claim with Social Security at no charge which was not part of the scope of representation. Hopefully I have no need in the future for Jon Moore's services, but will return if I need representation. In short I highly recommend Brown and Moore for any legal need you may have that they cover.

My 2.5 year old son fell in a storm drain in my parking spot at a local community center in which I was a member. He fell 12 feet and fortunately just sustained minor injuries but left us with medical bills and a very fearful child. The first time I spoke to Jon on the phone I cried the entire conver sation.
