- ★★★★★Speeding Ticket Downgraded - No Points, No Hit to Insurance
anonymous · criminal defense ·
I hired Ed to help me out with a speeding ticket I got. I don't remember exactly how fast I was going, but it was something like 15-18 over the limit. He took care of everything for me, I didn't have to go to court, the charge was downgraded to improper equipment which resulted in just a fine with no points and no hit to insurance. I highly recommend hiring Ed as your lawyer!
- ★★★★★100% recommend

I had a wonderful experience working with SeiferFlatow. They communicated with me thoroughly at every step of the process. They saved me hundreds on my speeding ticket and helped lower the amount of points I was going to receive on my record. Ed showed up to court on my behalf and was able to get my 15 over the speeding limit to just 5, and also moved outside of the school zone. Could not recommend them any more!
- ★★★★★DWI representation

- ★★★★★My experience with Mr.Corbett deserves a rating of 5 stars ALONE!
anonymous · family law ·
I would definitely have to give Mr.Corbett a rating of 5 stars ALONE! He helped me get a DVPO for 1 year after understanding my complex situation in just a couple of days. I have personally benefited from Mr.Corbett’s legal advice and counsel. I have found Mr.Corbett to be one of the most profession al and knowledgeable attorneys I have hired. I would not hesitate to contact Mr.Corbett again if I need additional assistance of an attorney in a difficult case or expert advice. Lastly, I was impressed by how mentally agile, skilled and bright he was during the trial, when he was defending me from the counterparty's allegations.
- ★★★★★Added insult to injury

I was arrested in the summer of 2024 for Truancy in Iredell County, NC (wrongfully) I initially appeared alone at my first truancy hearing in Iredell County, North Carolina, in October of 2024 where the judge denied me court-appointed counsel and rescheduled the matter for a follow-up hearing on Apr il 17, 2025. As a single mother, coming up with the $2,500 to hire private counsel was incredibly difficult, and believe me when I say there are FEW attorneys who are educated in Juvenile Court Law (truancy specific- "criminal" level at that) and who were willing to take the case due to unspoken alliances with the court and public school system. This was absolutely the lowest point of my life, and I was terrified and had no real ability to get representation without risking losing the ability to support my kids, but when incarceration is the risk as well? You have ZERO options. Nevertheless, I retained Attorney Robert K. Corbett after the referral of a mutual friend and contact in mid-March 2025 and a phone conversation where he agreed to represent me. I paid the full retainer fee shortly afterward. From that point on, I repeatedly attempted to contact him about my case and preparation for court. He failed to respond to me directly until two days before the April 17th hearing, at which point he suddenly informed me that he had been on a legal leave of absence and was unsure whether he would be able to attend court. At the last minute, he called the court and successfully continued the case by phone, and the hearing was rescheduled for May. Leading up to the May court date, I requested to meet with Attorney Corbett via FaceTime, video call, or in person. He agreed to meet that Friday but never followed up or provided a time. I sent multiple follow-up messages, which went unanswered. When I contacted his paralegal, she informed me that he was in trial and reassured me that he "knew my court date." However, I had still not reviewed my case with him at all, despite being due in court the following week. I continued trying to reach him until the day before my court appearance in May. At that point, it became clear that—even if he did show up—he had no knowledge of the facts or current status of my case. I was facing possible jail time depending on the court’s decision, and it was obvious he did not understand or care about the gravity of my situation. Out of desperation, I contacted a second attorney the day before court, and he agreed to take my case. That attorney appeared with me the next day and was able to get the charges completely dropped. Following this, I reached out to Attorney Corbett to request a refund of my $2,500 retainer, since he had never attended court on my behalf, never prepared for the case, and only requested a single phone continuance. I received no response. When I attempted to locate his office in person, I was given two incorrect addresses by two different paralegals: 1213 West Morehead St. Suite 501 D, Charlotte, NC 28208 – listed as his law office on his website – led me to Venture X, a shared office space. The receptionist confirmed that Mr. Corbett may rent space there but does not work on site and has no affiliation with the business. 514 Beatties Ford Rd., Charlotte, NC 28216 – provided by another paralegal – led me to City Tails Barktique & Spa, a pet salon. Despite repeated calls, messages, and in-person efforts, I have not received any response from attorney Corbett or his staff.
- ★★★★★Job well done

Carla is an experienced and knowledgeable attorney who defended me after receiving a speeding citation. She's trustworthy, intelligent, professional and extremely thorough. Carla provided clear detailed explanations of the process, options, and potential outcomes. She guided me through the leg al system and helped me determine what the best course of action was for my specific case. Carla was easily reachable throughout the whole process and answered any questions that I had. Her involvement in my case displayed her commitment to me and proved that I wasn't simply another number at a large law firm. Carla was able to provide me with the best possible outcome and for that, I'm very thankful. Her experience and knowledge of the legal system was a huge benefit to me.

I would definitely recommend Carla Litrenta to anyone searching for a criminal defense attorney. Mrs. Latrenta represented me regarding a ticket that I got. She was very professional and understanding with my situation. Prior to my court date, I met with Mrs. Litrenta and she was clear in explaini ng how things would progress and made sure that I knew what to expect. Once the time came, the court date was quick and easy. The case went as she said, and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Ms. Olsinski was very helpful in getting me the settlement I deserved and always made me feel like my case was just as important as larger one might be. I felt like they really took the time and care to make sure I was getting the best offer possible and looked out for my best interest in my case. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.
- ★★★★★Please with the Disposition
anonymous · criminal defense ·
John C. Mobley successfully handled my speeding ticket. It was reduced to a non-moving violation. I must say though, that it was the woman who answered the phone (Kathy Nigrelli) and talked to me about my case who won my business. She was knowledgable, kind and attentive. I originally chose this firm because the letter I received soliciting my business was signed by a woman. I am very pleased with this outcome.
- ★★★★★Professional and personable
Jamie · litigation ·
Mrs. Olsinski was thorough, thoughtful, persistent, and professional in handling my case. She was realistic when speaking about possible outcomes and yet determined to forge the best possible results. I greatly appreciate her successful efforts on my behalf
- ★★★★★Wonderful attorney for vehicle settlement
Jeremy · personal injury ·
Highly recommend these folks. Was involved in a vehicle wreck as a passenger, and the Olsinski Law Firm helped cut through the crap with the Insurance Company, get me an absolutely more than fair settlement price, and make the process as smooth and painless as possible for me. Ending settlement was what I would have gotten there about even if I took it to trial, without the hassle of a trial! Consistent with updates, returns calls very quickly, and always a pleasure to deal with!
- ★★★★★Great Lawyer

It was a pleasure working with Attorney Howard Long! He was very personable and easy to talk to. He showed up at court for us so we didn't have to. More importantly, he was able to get my son's ticket completely dismissed without any points on his drivers license! I hope that I never need a lawyer a gain, but if I do, Howard Long / Browning & Long will be who I hire.
- ★★★★★Excellent, Professional Service
anonymous · criminal defense ·
Mr. Long was very thorough in helping me handle my speeding ticket. He gave clear explanations of the process and what to expect. Also, his communication was excellent and he quickly responded to calls and emails.
- ★★★★★Howard Long got our case dismissed when everyone else we could only hope for a reduced charge!
Kim · criminal defense ·
In this review there is no way I'll be able to express just how grateful we are that we found and hired Howard to represent us in court. He's smart, professional, inquisitive and friendly in a way that puts you at ease. Howard was actually the fourth attorney we called as we were making our way throu gh the process of finding someone to help us with a very strange situation and charge. The first three attorneys barely listened and immediately gave advice on how they'd go to court to have charges "reduced". Howard actually got our case dismissed! Why? Because he was thorough and did the work required to be able to present the information. He invited us to the office to discuss the case in detail, I'm pretty sure we spent time beyond his office hours. If we ever need an attorney again, Howard will be our FIRST phone call!
- ★★★★★You are the best Howard!

- ★★★★★Mark Foster is the attorney you want fighting for you!
anonymous · criminal defense ·
The thought of criminal charges and their ramifications on my personal and professional life was a frightening prospect. However, my experience with Mark Foster and the friendly professionals at the offices of Rawls, Scheer, Foster and Mingo was outstanding. I was immediately reassured by Mr. Fost er's calm demeanor and his knowledge of the law. He sat down with me and took the time necessary to learn what he needed to know and he provided me with realistic expectations. He was confident in his ability to give me the best representation possible and he lived up to his word. He made himself available by phone and email throughout the process and, above all, he exceeded my expectations with a full dismissal of the charges. It is difficult to decide where to turn for legal help during such a stressful time but you can be sure you are in good hands with Mr. Foster and the rest of the team at RSFM. I highly recommend their services!
- ★★★★★Easy to talk to, Easy to trust
Scott · criminal defense ·
Mr. Foster actually listened to my suggestions on how I wanted to proceed with my case. He also did not judge me for my charges. I was treated with respect and I felt comfortable in placing my trust in both himself and other lawyers in his firm. I Never had trouble in getting in touch with him or his assistant.
- ★★★★★Thank You Mark Foster!
anonymous · criminal defense ·
I would recommend Mark Foster to anyone who is hoping to get the best possible resolution to a pending criminal charge. Throughout the process of representing me, he was thoughtful, professional, and highly responsive to my many questions and concerns. He built my trust and confidence without sugar-c oating the situation. He was straightforward about my options, including positive as well as potentially negative outcomes. He was also sensitive to the professional and reputational damage that can be caused by a criminal conviction. Throughout the process, I knew Mark was looking out for my best interests, and he was able to draw on his deep experience in successfully navigating the complex court system and legal process. The legal charge against me could have been permanently devastating. Thanks to Mark, I've been able to move forward with minimal damage, and my personal life and professional career are back on track.
