Unfortunately over the past four years, I have hired and/or consulted with a handful of attorneys regarding child custody. Until I hired Andrew, I had not met with an attorney that I thought truly cared about me, my well-being, my relationship with my son, or my case in general. In most cases I felt they were "clocking in and out" just for the paycheck. Andrew was a breathe of fresh air as he made it very apparent that he was constantly thinking about my case. He would text me frequently, sometimes in the evening, with new ideas or approaches. It was clear that he was brainstorming and actively thinking about my case. He is also very sharp and knows the law. During a previous trial, I did have an attorney that "dropped the ball" by not knowing the law, which lead to me losing the case. Andrew is also very honest and transparent. He does what is "right", ethically/morally speaking. I know there are some attorneys out there that twist and spin the law and truth in order to get their expected outcome. Andrew has great integrity and will also ask that of you as his client. He has many positive qualities that you do not see in most attorneys, but hope for. My case is now currently resolved, but if I should ever need an attorney, I will contact Andrew.

Caitlin professionally and aggressively pursued my action for equatable distribution. My soon to be ex-spouse refused to acknowledge my contributions to the increased value of our property. Attorney Rhonda L. Patterson has qualifications and an educational background of a high profile lawyer. Previous testimonials from clients seem to tell a story that supports her qualifications. This client testimony is the complete opposite, unfortunately. Before delving into the details of the exper ience, challenges of the unprecedented times (SARS-COV2) have been accounted for. Overall, the client experience in this instance has been below subpar. The pros of Attorney Patterson’s services are her expertise in legal etiquette and connections to other relevant judicial stakeholders to expedite client needs. The cons of Attorney Patterson’s services are plentiful. She lacks client empathy, often treating valid concerns and questions as frivolous inquiries. As a result of this lack in empathy she often does not respond to communication in various forms, text, email, and phone. In the event that she does respond late she addresses only parts of concerns presented. Her only consistent communication revolves around payments/compensation for her lackluster efforts. Attorney Patterson lacks initiative in important client requests (subpoenas, etc.), dragging her feet in regards to obtaining information the client was able to obtain through self-inquiry in 2 days after an extended period of her dropping the ball. Furthermore, instead of advocating for clients, in this case she ignored the client’s desires and produced what she thought would provide a “band-aid fix” to the situation. Unfortunately, her solution lacked thoroughness and is still presenting challenges for her client to date. I would not recommend attorney Patterson for the aforementioned experiences and I hope this provides more up-to-date perspective for future potential clients.

Attorney Patterson knows how the family court operates and that’s how she strategizes. I wasn’t sure why this particular case was taking so long and then when we finally had our day in court... Nailed It!!! That was such a great victory because Attorney Patterson laid all of the right bricks in pl ace. She knew exactly what was best for a difficult situation and I’m convinced that she is one of the best at what she does. I would highly recommend someone with her expertise.

Rhonda was my second attorney and has guided me through a very contentious divorce including a complicated child custody dispute. She paid close attention to all of the details I communicated wth her and always had sensible advice not aimed at continuously heightening the legal battle, but trying to resolve things in the simplest and most fair manner. She did not always tell me what I wanted to hear, but instead what I needed to hear. She is fair, compassionate and understands the local courts, judges and the likely outcome of suggested legal steps. Rhonda is excellent at what she does. Even through all of the complicated issues I have had in my divorce proceedings, she has kept the details straight and I am so appreciative to her. I ultimately was awarded primary physical and legal custody of my children and will be forever appreciative to her for that.

I hired Rhonda to represent me in June 2018. Yes was always very professional. Very easy and comfortable to work with scheduling meetings times. My first and only lawyer before Rhonda did not see my interest at heart. That same lawyer already had multiple bad run-ins with the judge over family court. That same lawyer did not help fight for my rights and child rights but only to just get money from me and rearrange my court order also continued multiple times to get court date continue to a later date just to add on more court costs/fees. As I'm sure is the case in most divorce proceedings, I entered the process full of fear and trepidation for what the future would hold. I had only experienced predatory lawyers who took advantage of the highly charged, emotional environment to extract fees and exert leverage without regard for the d amage wrought on those involved. From the very first meeting, Rob was amazing. He approaches the process with a deep respect for all involved, and is caring and calm even in the most stressful situations. He is supported all of our arbitration and was able to diffuse even the most hostile and aggressive confrontations. 2018 I consulted 2 attorneys before contacting Mr Arnold. I was told twice that I screwed myself being Pro Sa and that I’m lucky my ex bf- no blood relation to my son, didn’t get more visitation rights than what was awarded. I wasn’t accepting that.
