Buyer beware! I hired Chad to get my daughter child support for my granddaughter. We found ourselves emailing & leaving voicemails with zero response for weeks and weeks. OR his assistant responding with “Chad has been busy, swamped, in court, etc. and will get back with you”. He told us the opposin g party wanted to settle and he would start on the settlement letter and that was the last of his communication. After numerous emails, phone calls (even to his managing partner) and SIXTY-NINE DAYS had passed with us hearing nothing, I hired another attorney. Within 1 1/2 months, we have a settlement agreement signed by my daughter, opposing party AND judge. In a few days, this nightmare that started one year ago this month, will be over. This was a simple child support case, per Chad, that he ended up charging SEVERAL THOUSAND more than what he originally quoted and didn’t even get the job done. If I could give 0 ⭐️, I would.

I had to hire Chad to deal with a neighborhood issue that was delicate but yet had to be dealt with sooner than later. We discussed options for the most immediate resolution as well as if initial actions did not get the attention of the offending party. Chad expertly handled my separation. He told me every step of the way what to expect. I felt confident that he always had my best interest in mind and he never took action until I was onboard. The only reason I didn’t give him 5 stars was due to delays in working my case as he was switching firms .

This divorce was extremely difficult but main issues were ignoring emails and voice mail, missing scheduled phone appointments, no follow through and poorly prepared for trial. Dropped case prior to being completed and refused to follow through with promises he makes.
