Attorney McKnight is a very diligent counselor. I have known him for several years and found him to be most helpful and considerate. He took the time to sit down with me and explain every aspect of my case (DUI specifically) in order that I was able to understand the different courses of action. I n particular, I was charged with a DUI and Attorney McKnight presented an argument before District Court Judge Viser citing State v Knoll that subsequently led to the dismissal of the said charge. As a result, I was able to keep my job and didn’t have to surrender to any chemical analysis tools or treatment. Two years ago I was involved in an embezzlement charge with a former coworker and supervisor. I had never been charged with anything, not even a speeding ticket. I was referred to attorney McKnight for help. Initially he was helpful. He explained the process, told me how he could help me and gave me his fee. Unfortunately McKnight did the bear minimum! He took my money and showed up late to the few court hearings I had. This being the first charge of my life, i thought he would fight to get this felony reduced to a misdemeanor. He didn’t. Had this been reduced, i would’ve had a max 1 year of probation instead of 2. I tried calling and emailing him, and it was nearly impossible for him to return my calls. He has his assistant do the communicating. I didn’t pay her, i paid him! I waited a while for this review, and thought long hard about how much i would share. Honestly, only if you have a major case such as murder, assault, drug charges i would recommend McKnight. He seem to take this more seriously. If you have something “minor”, or this may be your first offense i wouldn’t waste your time or money.

My wife and I lent $8,000 to a friend who owned his own Lawn Service Company. A personal written contract was drawn up and agreed upon. Included, in the contract was the amount of money to be repaid, the amount per month, the number of months and the interest as well as a deadline date for repaymen t. It became necessary, after numerous calls and meetings that the contract in all aspects was not being met. Therefore, after failed personal attempts to remedy the problem and to recap the $8,000, we were left with little option but to attain legal assistance. Michelle Nicole Abbott, listened to our cause and explained what process she would establish to help recap our $8,000. We signed a contract with Michelle. She became the legal conduit for us in which she sent a certified letter, made numerous phone calls and consistently guided us through a significant amount of difficulty with the individual from the lawn service company. Michelle, continually asked us to be patient even though the individual she was in contact with was still delinquent with the payments, lying continually, often non-responsive and never intending to meet the deadlines agreed upon. Throughout, we were frustrated, however Michelle kept us calm and patient. We trusted her and in the end she accomplished what she set out to do as she retrieved all of the $8,000 with agreed upon interest. The individual repaid all debts, however he did not meet the agreed upon deadline date, extending the date by eight months. Michelle Nicole Abbott's professionalism, kindness and personal attention regarding our needs can never be over stated. She truly was our representative and life saver!

I had received my first traffic ticket and I went straight to Michelle for help. I was scared about possible insurance and DMV points since I am only 21, and wasn't sure what the outcome would be if I decided to attend court without representation. Sam was very knowledgeable in his area of law and his attorney fees were affordable. He was easy to reach by phone and always returned my calls within a reasonable time.
