I hired Mike when he was still practicing at a previous firm to assist with a surgeon attempting to collect a fairly significant medical bill balance from me. During my case he transitioned to his own practice and made the transition seamless. He, along with his HIGHLY intelligent, ever helpful and understanding paralegal Heather, worked very hard to get the bill reduced by tens of thousands. Although I was at times resistant to the rational answers they had to give me, they were both always so patient with my frustrations. Mike and Heather always accommodated my requests for correspondence via email, as it was the easiest way for me as I work nightshift but probably took more effort on their part. It does not seem important but truly helped to reduce some of the stress of this whole process, and shows just how client centered this duo really is. Overall, these two make up a great team, and I am glad they were on my side.

I can't say enough how fortunate I am to have found Mr. Anderson when I needed help. I live in California and found myself having to drop everything and fly to Charlotte after both of my elderly parents landed in the hospital at the same time. Like many people they had failed to get their affairs i n order. Mike was my knight in shining armor. He helped me update their trusts, transfer assets, create durable powers of attorney, and healthcare powers of attorney, and do it all with a level of professionalism and caring that should be a model for every lawyer. His work allowed me to focus on ensuring my parents received the care they needed, and then get them moved to California. My only regret is that he doesn't practice in California. If he did he would be the first lawyer I would call for all of my legal needs out west!

I have dealt with several lawyers the past several months but Mike Anderson is the man whom I will be going to with any needs I have in the future. Going to his office for a consultation I was extremely nervous. Dealing with the last lawyer left me in tears and lots of uncertainty in how to handle my situation. My wife and I were being harassed and targeted by the manager at our apartment complex to the point where he was threatening eviction. Once it got to the point that we were fed up with it and decided to seek legal counsel, a friend recommended Mike to us. Mike was very fast and efficient at handlin g the matter. He sent an amazing notice to the apartment building, the management company, and the building owner outlining how we had been harassed and what we would do if did not stop. All we wanted was to be left alone to finish out our lease in peace. The notice was so good that the owner of the building stepped in and not only reassured us that we would not be bothered for the rest of our lease, but we also got a discount on our rent for the remainder of the lease. We couldn't be any happier with the result.
