I was very impressed by Ms. Gansmann’s legal knowledge of elder law and estate planning. She was at all times a very personable, pleasant and accommodating person to meet and work with. I was pleased that my existing revocable trust did not need to be completely redone and instead could be restated which did not require re-funding of accounts and assets. I would highly recommend her.

My boyfriend and I originally set up an appointment with Kara in regards to ensuring my security in case something was to happen to him. She sat with us and after listening to our circumstance gave us multiple options. She put together multiple documents for each of us to ensure everything will be taken care of when that time comes. Kara has a great personality and makes having this type of conversation easier. She is very open and honest as well.

In the spring of 2018 I met Ms. Gansmann to have a new will and related documents prepared. I was warmly greeted and Ms. Gansmann was professional and knowledgeable. She completed all of the documents in a timely manner, provided guidance and I would highly recommend her. My wife and I were recommended to Kara to help us rewrite our wills and estate documents. By the end of our consultation, we knew Kara was the lawyer we wanted and hired her right then. Kara patiently listened to our wishes and desires and had great ideas on how to verbalize these wishes in a man ner that made sense and kept things simple. She was extremely prompt with getting us copies to review and worked diligently with us to tweak and adjust where needed. At no time did we feel left out of the process.
