I hired Mr. Marcilliat on 09 NOV 2023. My charges were (M) DWI x2 and (M) Careless and Reckless Driving by Manner x2. I did my research and I found that he, as well as his law firm, were the most highly rated attorney/law firm equipped to handle my charges. He showed up at my arraignment on 23 NOV 20 23. I was immediately pleased with how professional and personal he was. Additionally, I was impressed by the fact that the other lawyers seemed to know who he was and wanted to either speak with him or shake his hand. The arraignment went quickly. He shot me to the top of the line and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. My next court date didn't happen until 13 MAY 2024. During this time he listed what documentation could be helpful to facilitate resolution. I obtained the documentation he requested and at our 13 MAY 2024 court date I was informed that the charges may be dismissed. On 31 MAY 2024, I was informed that all charges were in fact dismissed. Mr. Marcilliat was a seasoned, well weathered professional that speaks to his clients with respect and dignity. I could not recommend him more. Additionally, I would be remiss if I did not mention the professionalisms of his paralegal Muriel D. Kimbrough. Mrs. Kimbrough was very polite, patient and courteous. She promptly returned emails, as well as phone calls. She proved herself to be knowledgeable on many aspects of the law and I can honestly say she made the entire experience very pleasant. Thank you, Mr. Marcilliat. And, thank you Mrs. Kimbrough. I will always be very thankful for everything you have done for me, and of course, I will recommend you to anyone needing top notch legal assistance.

Kevin did an outstanding job with my case, he was great at communicating and explaining everything that was going to happen. He was always there when I needed him and alway returned my calls or emails in a timely manner. He will have your back and give you the best result in my opinion. When I was ar rested my bond was outrageous but Kevin was able to get it SIGNIFICANTLY lowered. When Kevin get his hands on the “discovery” of the case he reviews it very closely and WILL find any discrepancies.
