He's a fantastic lawyer. I first went to other so-called "top" lawyers in town, but they were only good at taking my money. I finally found Mr. Gillett and hired him after firing my other attorney. Rachel & her team have gone up against Dhs for us/our children. Dhs removed the kids from us (Grandparents) & their mother. Placed them in the home of their abusers parents house... the father physically/sexually abused them (Dhs confirmed that fact thru their Forensic exam)! Then turned around & pla ced the children w/the abusers parents where the abuse took place! It has been a year long battle but we thank God for Rachel & her team of knowledable whistle blowers speaking out about Dhs & civil rights being violated by the department (she is a warrior in/out of the court room! We have another upcoming court date next week so prayers are appreciated!

After my initial consultation for bankruptcy, she went into action and made my creditors back off and quit harassing me day and night. While my case is still ongoing, I can at least answer my phone knowing someone isn't harassing me over a bill or fee that I can no longer pay.

Rachel took the case with extremely late notice. She prepped the best should could of course and very quickly. She tried to understand the best she could of the child's medical complications as well as education and academic nightmares. A child whom has regressed in 3 years and has dropped over all I Q and Functional/WISC testing. He has been in-patient on more then one occasion to a hospital facility. As you can grasp without dragging this out - she was given a week to prep. She made it happen, came to the meeting to not only help but positively help, not come at them like we are going to war. But in a demeanor of "ok folks", y'all know it's time - it's time to do the right thing! Give the child what he deserves; what he deserves without disability and rights being violated. Very professional and overall great choice! Thanks Rachel, the battle I was fighting before your presence, guidance and assistance was exhausting.
