Paul would stroll into court late usually, and looking like he just put out the Doobie. For two years he failed to prepare for my trial so a few days before jury selection, I took a terrible deal rather than see him roll the dice with my life.

I hired Paul Faulk after my son was sentenced to Life in prison for a murder he did NOT do. It was a up hill battle but Mr. Faulk worked very diligently on his case and my son is home today. I have recommended him to many people.

From day one I told him I wanted to take my case to trial. Paul told me that he and his two partners would work as a team on building my case, and that he would litigate my jury trial. Two years later/three days before jury selection, I still had not met either partner and it was obvious that Paul wa s not at all prepared to go to court and fight for my freedom. It was like he never looked at my case again after that first day, totally clueless. He was usually late to court (to the dozen hearings and continuances he was paid in advance for) looking kinda rough, less than professional to say the least. Bottom line: $10k down the drain and another 10 years of probation fees and court fees and all the rest to add to it. I can't imagine a much worse experience with an attorney than what I put up with from Paul Faulk.

Great experience with Kyle from what I was told from others going through the required rehab steps for the type of offense I had I received a little lighter of a sentence, Kyle was punctual organized and very informed with the subject at hand, I would definitely recommend him to anyone for anything h e is willing to take on.

Emilie is the best. She amazed me with how knowledgeable she is. She has more experience then all the lawyers I ever had put together! Complete lack of communication with client. Didn't have clients best interests in mind. Rather selfish and pushy in putting pressure on one to take an immediate acceptance of a unfair plea offer by the D.A. Sides more with the opposing counsel throughout representation. Will not take your case serio usly and weighs your input/feedback lightly.

This attorney sells you out to the D.A., after she gets paid. She conspires with D.A. using illegal bootstrapping for convictions. In my case there was 11 years after completion of one sentence, when I received another conviction. She allowed the D.A. to put an after-former on a second D.U.I. How is that, when the first D.U.I is a misdemeanor? Don't hire this attorney.

This disgusting vile "attorney" is on trial for joining together with her husband, who was also her client, to murder his ex-girlfriend who was set to give testimony for felony abuse charges for beating her so severely she was hospitalized. The ex-girlfriend was living with her parents when two mask ed people caught on video approaching the home cut the power and phone line at 3 a.m., kicked open the front door, and proceeded through the home shooting the father, mother, and ex multiple times. Ballistics on one of the guns used in the mass murder match those of an AR-15 that had been test fired by both Harroz and her equally psychopathic husband, Barry Titus, at a shooting range at a firearms dealer's home. A ballcap with TItus's DNA was found on the dirt road next to the home where a car matching Harroz's was seen parked that night on video. This loathsome inhuman creature is accused of violently executing three of the most gentle, kind, loving people ever to set foot on Earth which also destroyed the happiness of their remaining family forever. The evidence against her is overwhelming. May she grow old and toothless as she rots away her useless life in prison.

On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the worst, my DUI situation started out at an 8. By the day before my final hearing it was a 4. John didn't stop there. He fought for me right through the final hearing and I came away with a 2 on the pain scale. It always pays to hire an expert for a job that requires a n expert. I consider his fee quite reasonable when compared to what an alternate outcome would have cost in money, drivers license loss, and a negative criminal record. John's knowledge of DUI law, attention to detail, confidence, punctuality and pleasant personality could give lawyers a good name. For DUI trouble, who ya gonna call?...........John Hunsucker.

The only time I ever actually talked to him was the initial call. Every time after that was either with his secretary or another lawyer. After paying $5,000 I ended up getting exactly what I would have without a lawyer. 6 months loss of license, 18 months of interlock device, $40/month for 2 yea rs to the DA, and $1,000 fine. Cost me $200 in gas to go to court the first time and his other lawyer ended up being an hour late and made me look like an idiot in front of the DA. On top of all of that he wanted to charge me an additional $400 to set up a hearing regarding the interlock device and being able to get my license back sooner. Needless to say I declined this generous offer. It took about 11 months before my license was actually taken away. In the end a public defendant would have been better because I could have save a lot of money and had my license back a lot sooner.

John Martino did an excellent job defending my cases. I had extremely hard Judge that I was on probation with in Queen Anne's County from a previous case where I DID NOT USE John Martino. I accrued a whopping 4 violations of probation and was released on my own recognize or bail each time. I had thre e driving on suspended's in Anne Arurndel and Baltimore County as well as a CDS: Not marijuana charge in Baltimore City. Mr. Martino never assured me that I was not going to jail but he did promise to his best to defend me and he did. I beat all 4 of my criminal cases and avoided jail completely. I also still have a valid driver's license with 28 active points on my record after taking Mr. Martino to an MVA hearing with me. He and the members of Murnane and O'Neil really saved my career, my family, and my life and I can't thank them enough. I would always recommend Mr. Martino he is an excellent attorney.
