I highly recommend Ms. Dowling. She took the time to give me everything I needed to make an informed decision. She walked me through the whole process. There were no surprises, everything went exactly as she said it would and she was right there from beginning to end. Elaine was really great. I hired her back in February 2016 to handle my bankruptcy. I had spoke to several attorneys, some barely charged and some over charged. She was a little on the high side but was well worth it. She know what she was talking about and handled my case efficiently. I would highly recommend her but I hope I never have to use her again but would definitely if I had too.

Elaine did a great job of explaining the entire Bankruptcy process the very first meeting we had together. Elaine represented me in a bankruptcy filing by a person whom we were awarded a large sum of money after a civil lawsuit. As expected this person filed bankruptcy so that we would receive noth ing. Elaine worked with the Federal Bankruptcy court and actually helped us receive some tax breaks in lieu of nothing that we would have received. I highly recommend Elaine Dowling!
