  • ★★★★Overpriced incompetent Law firm.

    anonymous · legal ethics ·

They’ll take your money even if your case does not stand a chance. First thing they do is warn You that your case might not succeed and they’ll charge you just for answer an email or just to look at the correspondence that a client get as well. Beware they will nickel and dime You like crazy next t hing You know they’re asking You for extra retainer fees, what a scam.

Excellent Attorney!!! Use this attorney for all of your divorce matters. She is in a convenient location and is reasonably priced. She is highly knowledgeable about all matters.

  • ★★★★DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

    anonymous · litigation ·

I paid the retainer and even produced the evidence needed to win my case. Nothing happened; no mediation and when I said go to trial. I was instead ignored and was left with a final order that still blamed me for the false allegations. Never go here.... they constantly ignore you and charge you tons for little to no work.

  • ★★★★Showed a Lack of Proactive Action and Advocacy!

    anonymous · employment law ·

Mazaheri Law Firm closed my case without even the professional courtesy of a meeting or phone call to discuss options and their decision to close my workplace discrimination and retaliation case. Suddenly one day, the office billing administrator sent me an email with an attached letter (I received t he hard copy by mail 2 days later) stating they were closing my case and that although my attorney believed I was wronged and had suffered discrimination, it did not rise to the level necessary for a legal claim and that the passage of time may bar me from pursing a further claim. The passage of time? I spent a year and a half with this firm, doing everything they asked me in pursuit of litigation and asking for updates to which they responded "we are waiting for your employers to act and respond"… passing time that in my opinion they wasted and did not proactively help me. When I hired them, they assured me I had a discrimination and retaliation case against my employers and that they would help me pursue corrective action in light of what I had endured. I feel that they did not give me nor my case the importance it deserved. I believe they pursed other more financially lucrative cases while allowing my case sit in wait, so then they simply close my case (why not, I paid in full every month). In the end, they treated me just like my employers, dismissing my concerns and pleas for help. My opinion is do not waste your time nor money; find another law firm who are equitable with their focused efforts,… who care more about advocating than cherry picking the highest payout cases. By the way,… I found and hired another law firm who did win my case for me!
