I hired Mr. Tate for a drug case in Canadian County, OK. At first Mr. Tate seemed eager to work my case. Then it became harder and harder to get a hold of Mr. Tate, one time only a couple of days before court putting me in an uneasy state since I had no clue of what was happening. He even joked when I finally got him on the phone about not being able to reach him....not funny. Once the discovery finally came back, and there was "no video" and Mr. Tate seemed content with that, and I saw a change in how he was handling my case. I was just a file on his desk he was trying to hurry into conclusion. That is not how I expected my case handled for the amount he charged me. Sorry if my freedom is more important to me than a first bad plea deal offered. I expected more caring from my attorney at that price, guess I excepted too much! Could have got the same deal from a public defender.

Honestly very disappointed , met with Pierce twice before my hearing(second time was only to pay and sign a contract) Having to hire an attorney on short notice I went with pierce because he seemed to be genuine and care for his clients and wanted to help people, but after he made the easiest $1000. He has taken his time to do any further action as he said ... when paperwork needed to be filed he took his time .. told me he has six months to get it filed although he and I know with the specific type of paperwork it is a time sensitive matter!!! It takes days and sometimes a week or more to hear back and when finally my boyfriend called to ask what was going on with filing the paperwork Pierce told him the county courthouse the paperwork has to be filed at "just isn't in his daily route of driving "(So the only reason my paperwork hasn't been filed was because he didn't want to drive that far ?!?! are you kidding me??) then gave numerous reasons as to why he hasn't been able to and his reasons were his other cases,and on and on (if you cant give every client the same time and energy like you advertise , dont take them on as a client! It is not fair to them! ) It has now been a week since he told me i would have the paperwork and two months since i originally asked him about this ! I will not be recommending him to anyone else! Highly disappointed

I was actually referred by another attorney to Mr. Pierce who is doing some family law and was not a criminal attorney. Upon first consultation, I felt he was exactly what I was looking for not the cheapest attorney also not the most expensive. I had a DUI case in which he navigated multiple court dates, correspondence with the DA, and Ultimately got me a settlement I felt was very fair. Mr. Pierce was always very professional and punctual, while maintaining very good communication with me as well. I am not so good at understanding some of the verbiage and meanings of what is going on and he was very patient and willing to explain to me what everything meant and made sure I had a good understanding of what I was doing before I did anything. I was very pleased with Mr. Pierce and would definitely recommend him to handle any legal issues that may occur.

I put a retainer fee down for Mr Todd and tried to make the payments he gave me but with all the bills I had I just couldn't I told him not to start on my case and that I would be in touch. Well life happened like always and I needed to help my mom out before she got kicked out of her apartment with my little brother and I called Mr Todd to get my retainer back he said to call him back later cause he was busy... Well a week has gone by and I've called him at least 70 times no answer no reply at all.. I mean honestly what did I do to deserve this I thought I was being reasonable. I just want my retainer back to help my family out and then I was going to save up money to hire Mr Todd because he is a good lawyer. Regardless the things that happened did kinda rub me wrong. These people are fake, not even lawyers and every site you look at about him his address will change and the address will too, also the one on his actual site is a unlicensed dispensary called 420 Sunshine Dispensary. They make fake cards, they used my info for their own government doings. Collin W R ockett IS NOT A REAL LAWYER... if you think I'm full of it, research him. It doesn't take much research to see that he's a fake. Also check the BBB. Now, HE WILL delete this because they always delete the negative reviews, so I will post this every single day if I have to Collin :). Quit posing as someone you aren't.. and quit helping dispensaries scam people for fake medical cards. Ive seen reviews where someone said Collin threatened him... I have a picture of that review and I intend on attaching it, and posting it here and everywhere....EVERYDAY... What you're doing is FOWL, AND DISGUSTING. People just need their medicine and you entitled, dirty rich people make me ill. Again... I will post everyday if I have to.. everywhere I can find a page that mentions you. You need to find some decency and stop. Oh, and Collin, another thing.... if you're going to commit all these felonies, at least be less sloppy.. At first they did seem nice and I for sure was never a client late with payment or anything. What I did notice is the day of court he did not look put together. Or professional. More like he rolled out of bed and did not even look clean. I am very welcoming and friendly; but as soon as he wa lked into court almost late without time to even speak or reassure me…he was very cold. He sort of gave me the whole “not now” or I’m a “peasant” type feeling. I was hurt actually. I am a very kind person and just would not want to be mean or rude; especially to a paying client. I would just recommend a lawyer who will look the part but who is full or morals and professionalism. You probably will look worse in court if your attorney looks as if he just was out partying all night. A nice suit that’s wrinkle free, clean cut, and all that is more my cup of tea. This is just my opinion after using the services. And to be fair; he’s probably newer it seemed and at the time I was not very knowledgeable on the fact some attorneys will not be so nice after they get your funds. Some wont even work on the case until the day of it seems. I definitely am not saying the person is bad or good. I do not know them on a personal level. My case was probably pretty darn easy but he seemed very frustrated and lazy at court and eventually let me know “this was all he could do” type of thing. Not sure if that’s true but he wouldn’t make eye contact and seemed sort of annoyed and insecure. I could be wrong but anytime I used attorneys after that…it was an entirely different case. They were confident, made eye contact, were goofing off in court with their buddies, or pointing at me front the stands with their other attorney friends. When people speak out some feel as if it’s being mean but I honestly was asked to write a review. I think people can grow and change. I made plenty of mistakes in my business so definitely hope this is taken as just my own personal experience and allegedly.

Do not use this law firm!!! They give you a lawyer fresh out of law school that doesn't know what they are doing and they double bill you and tap out your account with lots of unnecessary charges and when you try to talk to the owner john cannon to dispute the false charges JOHN CANNON refuses to ta lk to you about it and they tell you that you must go through a chain of commands that resulted in absolutely NOTHING. We put 5k dollars in our account and they tapped it out before even doing anything. We are in a worse situation then before we started. THE ONLY THING FIERCE ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS HOW FIERCLY THEY DRAIN YOUR ACCOUNT. They charged us 957 dollars for roughly 22 emails and double billed us on about 4 things. They also lie about how many minutes they talk to you and spend with you. Hannah is our attorney. We had a motion filed to remove a lawyer on the other team that is a conflict of interest. Our lawyer Hannah went to that court date and didn't even tell us about the motion being discussed and in return because we weren't able to be there, the motion was denied. I've dealt with lots of different attorneys and this is the absolute worst experience EVER. Now we are back at square one again financially. This company holds no accountability whatsoever
