Says this place is Closed. And he is not working any more. Worst attorney and bad rip of money and time. He took my case with out reviewing talked to me only first time and no response since then. He took side of opponent counsel. He never gave any of my records back to me or my counsel. An d he lost. Now I have to pay for opposite attorney fees too.

I can not say enough good things about Cunningham & Mears! Ryan Cunningham was the attorney I wanted after reading several reviews about how upfront, honest and hard working he and his staff are. I don’t make any decision without reading reviews. Do your research! And trust me, I read several before choosing Ryan. From the beginning he was a straight shooter and kept me informed all along the way. My accident was in 10/2017 and we just finally settled my case August 2019. After all was said and done, my car was fixed, all my medical bills were paid, including a $60k plus surgery that Ryan was able to get a huge reduction on so that I would see more mo Ry in my pocket. Actually, he was able to get 99% of the medical fees reduced. He had to fight the insurance company because all they wanted to pay me was $25k. Ryan knee right away that was a ridiculous offer and got to work! He never made any promises and was always upfront and honest. He told me we could be in for a fight and may need to go to trial. Thanks goodness it never came to that! I will be honest, it wasn’t a quick process. You will have to be patient and trust Ryan and his team are doing everything to your benefit in the quickest timeframe they can. If I had questions, I had Ryan’s cell phone and office numbers to reach him. I never felt alone in this process. I hope my review can help others make the decision a little easier.
