Mr.Beets did an excellent job filing my divorce, gaining cival joint custody of my children and helping myou husband and I to gain sole custody of his children. He also help my son when he was in legal trouble getting it settled with no problems. The Custody battle was long and ugly and he stuck wit h us through it all, giving sound advice and working late to ensure we gained custody of our children. He has also worked to keep child suppprt going even though it has stopped a few time. He always goes right back to court for us to ensure our children are being provided for . He is fair and reasonable in the cost of his service as well. My husband now also used him to file bankruptcy and he did it in a timely manner and helped him get back on track. I am very thankful for his expertise. He is strategic in how he approaches every case. I highly would recommend him for anything legally you are struggling with. He will not bullshit you by telling you upfront if you have a case, if it's worth it and he will fight hard for you if he accepts your case.. When I was looking to quiet title on some property I owned I hunted around and got the run around from some other attorneys then I called Tim. He said right away he could help and I made glad I made the decision to go with Tim. Tim is very knowledgeable and explained the process very clearly for some one who has never used an attorney.
