During my first phone conversation with Ginger, she provided more useful information than had been offered in over a year of struggling with an estate and trust that was going nowhere. I'd like to say that Ginger Skinner's service was as simple as exceptional, but to do so would understate her unparalleled acumen in law, and the profound impact she has had for me and my family. Under difficult circumstances uncommon in standard probate procedures and with our family lacking the pr oper understanding of such proceedings, we were immediately turned away by the first three firms we engaged, while simply wishing to tie up the loose ends inherent in the legal proceedings of a personal loss. Ginger took our case without hesitation, knowing full well we were likely heading to insolvency with our loved one's affairs. Her capacity to practice law in both Oregon and Washington was indispensable for us, matched only by her firm understanding of the surprisingly different proceedings from a state perspective. Beyond this, she was also able to navigate the precarious nature of international law to which other lawyers had balked. Beyond her expertise, the genuine nature of Ginger's firm was evident from our first encounter, and has persisted throughout a difficult year of probate.
