We traveled internationally in November 2019 and had $11,000 of fraudulent transactions made on our credit card. After trying to resolve this directly with Citi for 6 frustrating months without success we engaged Michelle. Michelle and team were responsive and transparent. I felt like I knew what my options were at every point in the process and had enough information to make an informed decision on next steps. Michelle started by trying to navigate similar channels we had tried (lower cost option for me) and when it became clear that wouldn't be effective, we changed course to take legal action which fully resolved the matter within less than 6 weeks. Michelle Freed helped me resolve my issue quickly and professionally. A subrogation service was asking for money to settle an insurance claim after a car accident.
