I have paid Mr. Margilon total of $17,500 for a Simple Divorce case, at the end i was told by him I will be receiving $3000 refund since case was very simple& fast, Never received it. Further more after few years my xwife’s Attorny figured out Mr. Margilon Failed to put the $110, 000 settlement I d onated to my xwife in the court paper works,Took the case back to court and Now I am being charged for Additional $30,000, Upon contacting Mr. Margilon ,asking him to go back to court and fix his mistake, he stopped responding to me after one email.i have full description of my case in Google reviews, I would highly Urge everyone to read it prior to Retaining Mr.Margolin. Dan and his team did an excellent job handling a very complicated and contentious divorce. I was beyond impressed with their communication and speed of response as there were so many issues that came up which I needed guidance. I perform a fair amount of research when making decisions and deciding on Myah was no different. After consulting with four different attorneys Myah was my top choice and I'm glad I made that decision. She was knowledgeable, wise, and practiced professionalism throughout the legal process. Myah helped us compose a prenuptial agreement on a very tight timeline after the 2024 presidential election; despite already being booked solid through the end of the year, she and her staff made space in their schedules to get our paperwork done so we could get married with our paperwork in order. ( Look, two middle aged folks - we both have debts and assets, we've both seen ugly divorces... get the prenup, y'all.)
