I began having issues with my own insurance company paying my bills on the personal injury protection portion of my claim from the hit and run accident. I have always paid my insurance on time and been with the same company fora long time. Their denials for paying did not even make sense. This kep t delaying my getting further treatment for a nerve injury to my elbow which was causing issues with my ability to feel some of my fingers on my dominant left hand. Finally and thankfully Alex filed a lawsuit to try to get things moving so I could get treatment. Still they dragged their feet but Alex looked out for me the whole way along with Richard ensuring I would get all PIP I had paid for . It should never require them to have had to do this for a PIP portion but it finally worked and the company settled this so I could get by providers paid and move forward trying to find a solution for the nerve damage in my left arm. I am pleased to have had RizkLaw on my side with their knowledge of insurance claims and persona injury. They also understood how I was feeling and the emotional stress this was taking on me due to it being a hit and run and the issues with being left alone to wait for my husband to get there - then the police report having inaccurate information which Richard forced them to come and amend the report. I am so happy with how things have turned out and now trying to be able to find a solution for my arm without this weighing me down emotionally.
