Follow up from 2 months ago. I called Gail Marcus office because I had relocated and needed answers about signing over my property to my soon to be ex husband. Gail advised me to use a Quit Claim deed, I followed her advice and I am happy to say all went well I signed my ex filed and we was able to s ettled this without any problems.
