I finally was able to contact David M Koller. He was very down to earth and up front about the whole process. He was willing to fight the good fight with me along with his associate Jordan D Santo. This firm is not trustworthy. They conned me into settling my case in Jan 2026, and to date have never sent my check. I have verified that the insurance carrier issued the check on Feb 2026, then cancelled and reissued it on April 2, 2026, because David Koller claimed he didn't receive it. On 4/626, David emailed me that he was "expecting the check momentarily and would contact me shortly." I've never heard from him or his office again. I filed a complaint with 3 agencies who ate investigating this as a criminal case.

Prior to Stephanie, I have called a few attorney's and didn't receive positive responses and lost hope. Fortunately, I found Stephanie through Avvo and called her regarding my employment contract matter with the fraud consulting firm. she provided a free consultation and during the consultation, she collected the background, provided the strategies, took my case on short notice and resolved/settled the case with $0. I was in a very difficult position, tremendously hurtful time in my life and was very happy with the outcome.
