- ★★★★★She is the real deal!

She helped me refile my petition based on extreme cruelty and hardship because my ex served me with divorce papers a day before the interview was scheduled. I wanted to file based on divorce, but she insisted, so I trusted her and let her do what she advised. I felt frustrated several times and thoug ht I shouldn't have listened to her, but trust me, she is THE BEST ATTORNEY ever! She got me approved without an interview. There was no police report involved. Her legal team and customer service team are AMAZING! She is also working on my N400 case. Please just trust her. She is there to help you. There are less expensive attorneys, but they might not produce the same results, and the superior customer service her team offers is matchless. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to everyone! Good luck, everyone! From New Jersey!

I had a consultation with Moumita and i intend to hire her as my attorney. She definitely knows what she's talking about and I feel very positive about my case. I would recommend her and I would give more than 5 stars if possible! Also, her staff is very helpful and attentive.
- ★★★★★Deserves 10 stars, but I'll settle for the maximum 5

If you take away one thing from this review it's this: HIRE MOUMITA FOR YOUR CASE! She is the best and truly deserves all the awards and commendations she's earned. I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with Moumita and her team during the process of applying for/obtaining my Green Card. They were always quick to respond to things, always let me know about new developments and how they might affect our case, and just generally guided us through the entire process with a steady hand that I will be eternally grateful for. Our case ended up having some unforeseen complications that I won't get into here (we personally believe it was due to a USCIS error), resulting in my wife and I having to do a Stokes interview. For those who are unaware, this happens if USCIS has any reason to believe something is up and will then conduct separate interviews of the beneficiary and petitioner to make sure things line up. We hadn't done anything wrong and getting this outcome from our first interview was emotionally devastating to my wife and me, but Moumita did an amazing job giving us perspective and calming us down. She was also absolutely incredible at helping us prepare for the second (Stokes) interview - which ultimately ended up being quite brief (but gave us a long, hilarious story to tell friends now that it's all behind us) because the agent saw that clearly everything was legitimate. The immigration process is, unfortunately, ridiculously complicated. While it's not impossible to go it alone, having a great attorney such as Moumita by your side certainly makes the whole process a LOT easier. She put in so much time and effort on our behalf and my wife and I came to genuinely think of her as a friend through the course of the process. We'd chit chat about our families and food while we waited for our USCIS appointments and she's just such a real, down-to-earth, compassionate person. You are not just a case number to her - Moumita actually treats you like a person whose worries and concerns really matter, a dignity that often isn't given to clients by much larger firms. If money is your concern, I can also tell you that a) her rates are far more reasonable than most other attorneys I looked at and the level of service provided is beyond excellent and probably worth 10x more than what she asks for, and b) it's 110% worth the investment because trying to do it on your own and potentially having to re-do the entire process due to some critical error she'd have foreseen will ultimately be WAY more expensive than hiring her and getting it right the first time. Hiring Moumita was the BEST decision I made in my immigration journey. For whatever my words are worth, just go for it and hire her. You won't regret it for a minute.

- ★★★★★Green Card Approved in 5 Months
Miles · immigration ·
We cannot thank Jason enough for helping my wife successfully obtain her Green Card through Adjustment of Status (AOS). From the very beginning, he stood out for his incredible attention to detail and meticulous approach to every aspect of our case. He reviewed every document carefully and caught s mall issues that could have caused problems and ensured our entire petition was as strong and complete as possible. What we appreciated most was his honesty and transparency. Jason never gave us false hope or sugarcoated the process. He was straightforward about timelines, potential challenges, and what to expect. The entire process—from filing all the paperwork to scheduling the interview—took just over 5 months. We were very grateful to get the good news of an interview date and the interview itself went very smoothly. If you’re looking for an immigration lawyer who is thorough, honest, and responsive, we would highly recommend Jason without any hesitation. He made a stressful and complicated process feel manageable and gave us peace of mind every step of the way.

We had an excellent experience working with Jason throughout the green card process. From start to finish, he was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, making sure every document was accurate and every step was handled properly. His deep knowledge of immigration law gave us so much confidence duri ng what can be a very stressful process. He was also extremely easy to work with—always responsive, patient with our questions, and clear in explaining what to expect next. What truly stood out, though, was how genuinely kind and supportive he was. He treated us with respect and care.
- ★★★★★Helpful, Patient, and Responsive Guidance on Green Card Application
Zachary · immigration ·
Jason worked with my wife and I for her green card application. He was always diligent and responsive. We never had to wait longer than 24 hours for a call back if we had a question or needed help with something. He was also very kind and flexible: During our process, we had to move to another city a nd my spouse had to return home unexpectedly for a few months as well. Jason waited as long as we needed to resume the application and he was there to make sure things continued seamlessly when we were ready.
