I can’t thank Mr. Yates enough. He handled my expungement like a super hero. The DA’s office had been fighting me on it for over 20 years. He filed the motion within days, listened to me about my worries and responded to me in an expedited manner with any and all inquiries I had. He made an hour long drive to the court, showed up and practiced law like a pro. I was very impressed with him as a person and professional. Honestly I didn’t think any attorney would be able to get it done considering the circumstances. Days later I received an order from the court granting my expungement. I haven’t slept this well at night in over two decades. Before this I sat around and dwelled everyday about it hanging over my head and what employers thought of me about it. I feel like I have a new lease on life and can’t possibly ever thank him enough. I would and will recommend him to anyone in the future!!!

Allen and His Team maintained professionality, Reasonable timed responses, Offered to ask my questions or concerns. The process took long but quality assurance was spot on and communication and correspondence on what I hired him and his team translated to the job getting done. They made sure to give update and always were open minded offered back up solutions if i were to ever need to use them. Allen and his team where adamite on assurance that no matter what they would help me get my case solved and they definitely follow through and keep their words and back it up with action. The staff at the Yates & Wheland Law Firm went above and beyond to meet my needs for my expungement/restrictions request. Without them, the process would have been daunting and time-consuming for me. The attorneys and paralegals did not stop until all necessary procedures were completed. They emailed and mailed me correspondences; and also maintained communication with me. Any and every question that I asked as their client, was answered. And believe you me: I asked a lot of questions for clarity, understanding, and follow-through purposes (which is my normal business practice). They didn’t mind though.
