A friend of mine reached out when she learned I had been involved in a moderately serious car accident, to tell me about her experience with Steven. Our family has a son with autism. It's difficult enough having to deal with the everyday issues that his disorder presents for us, so when the insurance company suddenly stopped paying our medical bills for him, our problems increased exponentially. We filed complaints with the Texas Department o f Insurance, issued disputes with the insurance company, but in the end, were told that we were out of luck - they refused to cover what the law specified that we were entitled to.
