My son was arrested for possession of marijuana in February and the whole experience was shocking and surreal to say the least. No one in the family had ever been in this kind of trouble before and the experience was foreign and difficult to maneuver through. When they say that the justice system is confusing and slow, they are not kidding. James and his associates were understanding and reassuring throughout ever step of the process which means a lot to a family going through this type of situation. There are no words to describe the feeling when they are reassuring you that things will be ok. That is exactly what a parent wants to hear especially when they ring true afterwards. He got me 4yrs probation while already on parole...im on parole for 4 years and got arrested for poss<1g...my parole did not get violated and James Roberts was able to get me probation for the poss charge...no jail time..I highly recommend Mr. Roberts he really cares about whats going on with you and fights for you...
