I was represented by Rebekah through Scott Palmer P.C. Rebekah is hands down the best lawyer I know and worked my case ASAP. Rebekah gets the job done and she did the work herself! I was wrongfully arrested and was about to be convicted of a felony. I got into a car accident and next thing you know I was arrested for having a warrant. I was so shocked and scared when I was arrested and was put into jail. The charges were absurd, not accurate and the person lied to make sure I was put in jail. As soon as I got out of jail me and my dad looked for the best attorney in Dallas and preferred a board certified attorney. Then we found Scott Palmer. My dad wanted me to do more research for someone to represent me but I already knew Scott Palmer would be the best for me. Rebekah is a great lawyer. Believe or not. I got a big problem with two felony charges. First of all, she tried to negotiate with the prosecutor to drop my charges to Class A. Later, additionally, I don't know what kind of magic she made, she had both of my charges dismissed. If you have a big tro uble with a prosecutor, don't miss this amazing lawyer.

Two years ago I was charged with a class a misdemeanor for DWI, and accepted probation. Long story short, I violated my probation in numerous ways and after a long drawn out 6th months and multiple warrants for missed court dates etc, I finally buckled down and started to look for an attorney. After calling what seems like every attorney in Dallas, either they were too expensive or I couldn't get a answer back. Through a friend, Rebekah and Scott were recommended to me. I got online and sent in a request and INSTANTLY got a call back. Scott automatically eased my worries (as I had an active warrant) and Rebekah instantly pulled my case information and within the hour they let me know a action plan. They price and their willingness to work with me on the financial part was the kindest thing I was not expecting. Rebekah really oversaw my case and within ONE MONTH, had me at the court house and handled the courts motion to revoke my probation, got my warrant dismissed and got my NISI (for missing court) dismissed to just a small court fee. My probation was extended with no additional penalties. Hiring was Rebekah was the smartest thing I could have done (hopefully never have to again) and would recommend her to anyone with legal difficulties!! Seriously a life saver.

Although asked to be specific as to detail, I will defer in reference to the legal matter. I will say that from motion granted (took her 2 hrs to execute successfully) to the dropping of charges on a second count, and the repair of a nightmare horror show of a prior lawyer I fired for dishonesty, fr aud, and all too common dishonest dealing and not preparing a defense, She rescued me from the worst consequences of a dishonest and incompetent lawyer (far too many of these) and cleaned everything up to the highest quality possible in my view. My advice. Hire this lady if you are in need of a Lawyer

Scott Palmer and Rebekah Perlstein are top notch felony defense attorneys. I know from firsthand experience. The worst day of my life was when I was charged with a second degree felony carrying 2 to 10 years in prison. I had hired and fired two law firms before by chance I came to their website. From the very first contact to the day they told me they were able to get my case dismissed they were professional and awesome in every way. Thats right, I said dismissed. The other attorneys were prepping me for a long hard legal road ahead of me, but with the Palmer Law Firm it was different. They were in my corner and on my side from square one, believing in my innocence and standing up to defend me the way only good defense attorneys with seasoned experience can. this was my first time having any offenses against me and as I'm sure you can imagine it was very nerve racking not knowing what would happen to my future, I was referred to Scott Palmer Law through another attorney and Rebekah was with me every step of the way. Very professional, always setting cor rect expectations and helping me to keep calm when I would freak out, very responsive whenever I had questions and explained the process very thoroughly. A couple of years ago I made a huge mistake and I was charged with abandon endanger child criminal negligence. I was very new to everything that was happening. I had never been arrested before, so I was very new to the entire process. The day of the incident I was arrested. That evening I was rele ased on bond. Something I was told NEVER happens so quickly. Right away that told me I had great lawyers that were quick and got things done. I was so grateful that I didn’t have to spend the night in jail. The next day I got to meet my lawyers. They were able to answer all of my questions. My parents were with me and they also answered all of their questions (they had more than I did). I had many questions. I was told that the first thing that needed to be done was getting my grand jury packet together. I had no idea what that was. My lawyers gave me instructions on exactly what I needed to do. The most important thing was getting around 15-character witness letters. Rebekah instructed me exactly how the letters needed to be outlined. Once all the letters were turned in, the grand jury packet was made. The day of the grand jury I was devastated that I was indicted with a felony. Rebekah reassured me that it wasn’t the end. That they were still going to fight hard. Rebekah told me about a diversion program meant for first time offenders. She said she wasn’t sure if I could get it because they usually take cases involving drugs. My case was more unique to the program. She said she would try hard. In the meantime, I had to come to court once a month. That’s what I did. Every time I came Rebekah would be there. It was great to be able to meet with her once a month to find out how things were going. In between the meetings I was able to call or text her at any time I needed help understanding what was happening. Sometimes she even had to explain things more than once. Several months later I was finally accepted into the diversion program. Rebekah had me meet with her and explained what would be required from me while in the program. In another year I will be done with the program, and I know I can call on Rebekah to find out what the next process will be.
