There is nothing negative I could say about Mr. Palmer and his law firm. What else could I say but that Scott Palmer is our hero! We had a family member that did something stupid and became involved in a legal situation that required an attorney. At first we didn't know where to turn until we were put in contact with a person who knew someone that had been in a similar situation. We were told that Scott had gotten them the "deal of the century". We contacted Scott and from the very beginning he began to make us aware of the consequences of what had happened and explained what he would try to do. He made us aware of things that we had no clue about and was genuinely interested in the case. We met him and walked away convinced we had contacted the right man for the job. He showed real interest in the case and kept us informed all along the way telling us what was going on and what he was doing. I’m charged with a felony I didn’t commit and after I was extradited from my state back to Texas he had me out and on a plane in 25 hours after arriving. And the bond was lowered from 50k to 10 k on a Saturday no less which I have never heard of being done before. Thx Scott and your team as well, my wife and I appreciate that.

I can’t even explain in words how Scott Palmer saved me. Let me just state I was charge with a F1 and was hopeless about my future life family etc, But then Scott and his team put the magic touch to have my case dismissed. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome and experience I have received from Scott Palmer and his associates! I was charged with a Third degree Felony! I thought my life was over! Period!! Scott Palmer law is the best law firm in Dallas to work MAGIC for you. Their well-known reputation and hard work got my theft charge COMPLETELY DROPPED, despite all of the evidence against me (a lot!). They were also able to remove my third degree FELONY for possession of a controlled substance, and let me tell you, it was not for marijuana. I was arrested for a felony and theft charge later on, and walked away with only short term PROBATION because of the dedication and savvy of Storage Huff at Scott Palmer law. Five years ago, in November of 2016, a big red truck smashed into my 3 month old car pushing it up over a curb causing 10k in damages. Although I was shaken up, I did not sustain much physical harm. It was suggested to me to contact Scott Palmer Law Group. This decision proved to be one of the best d ecisions that I have ever made. The aforementioned accident settled out of court fairly quickly with the TX Farm Bureau Insurance. Unbelievably, 10 months later, a young man flew in front of me in an intersection totalling the same car and sending me to the hospital in an ambulance! This wreck caused me 20k in medical bills and permanent bodily injuries. Allstate Insurance wanted to give me 8k for the entire settlement! I think the phrase goes something like, “I’ll see you in court!”. Four years and four months later, we did just that. My court case was recently heard on November 15th, 2021. The purpose of this review is to sing the praises of the man who represented me, Mr. Grant Gerleman from Scott Palmer Law. After the trial was over, on the trip back home to the Austin area from the courthouse north of Dallas, a myriad of affectionate accolades and adjectives were flying from my heart out of my mouth about this Grant person. Even though I had met Grant during the deposition nearly two years ago, this was the first time I had seen him in action representing me in court. While the jury was out deliberating, I wrote Grant a note which said something like, ‘Regardless of the outcome, you are doing an absolutely fabulous job’ and that I appreciated him. Well, I am pleased to report that the outcome was gloriously in my favor. For the entirety of our time in court, Mr. Gerleman was cool, calm, and collected. As an attorney the highest recommendation I can give any attorney is to hire them to represent me in my own case, which I did with Scott Palmer. One thing that I have learned over the past 20-plus years of practicing law is that all attorneys are not created equal. Prior to being falsely accused of a crime I had never spoken with Scott Palmer and only knew of him by reputation. I have a relative who is a former law enforcement officer who had dealt with Scott Palmer during litigation involving his department. He was very impressed with Mr. Palmer even though they were on different sides of the litigation (Scott Palmer sued my relative and his department). He gave Scott Palmer his highest recommendation. After a tremendous amount of research, investigation, and legal briefing Scott Palmer got the charge against me dropped and my case dismissed. You do not always get what you pay for but in Scott Palmer’s case you do. He was money well spent and I would do it again without hesitation.
