I consulted with Ms. Brown pertaining to modification of medical insurance for children. I was given the opportunity to obtain assistance with submitting forms or have her law office do it for me. Either way she layed out the pros and cons for me. She also told me the time frame she would needed to complete the case should I obtain her. I felt heard and supported. I told her I wished to sleep on what she told me and get back to her within 24 hours.
