Make sure if you use this firm for Bankruptcy, that ALL debts are included. I've paid what was "due/owed" & still have to pay more because monies were not included in Bankruptcy without my knowledge. Was told @ initial consultation that I would not have to pay anymore after all payments made in ful l. That's totally false!

Clayton provided me with chapter 7 Bankruptcy services in Texas. His practice (both Mr. Wrzesinski and his staff) delivered very thorough service. Both he and his assistant were always pleasant and easy to work with. There were some hiccups along the way but they were all due to my own shortcomings; I recommend always carefully reading any material you are sent (which, by the way, were also always easy to understand and respond to). In example, one of the documents i was sent clearly stated the forms of ID (including social security card!) to bring to the hearing. Clayton was able to help me recover from that on the spot. Having Clayton by my side at the hearing provided a calming, positive influence. The hearing was completed even with the showstopping problem of my forgotten SSID card. Clayton saved the day by professionally discussing and arranging options with the hearing officer. Clayton himself was hard to reach once or twice, but he is an attorney and is required to be in court occasionally- where cell phones have to be turned off. Even if I was unable to reach him, his assistant was always reachable, and Clayton answered questions she couldn't via email within a day or two, no exception. The entire process gave me a lot of anxiety. I could have used more hand-holding (dealing with the emotional side of things), but then again, that wasn't what I was paying him to do and may have been counter-productive. Keeping me informed of where we were in the process, what the current and next steps are, and providing clear action items allowed me to focus on and deliver what was needed. Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Wrzesinski's services. It was great working with him. His handshake is firm (both literally and figuratively). Thank you.

Robert is an amazing lawyer. He is down to earth and straight forward. He always answered my calls and emails promptly. Robert helped me get my protective order against my estranged husband and divorce. He personally contacted the police department and informed them of the protective order and reques ted more patrol in my neighborhood. When I called Robert at 10 PM on a Tuesday night because my ex-husband was threatening my life, He calmed me down and went to the courthouse first thing in the morning to inform the judge of the violations of the protective order. Robert also handled a CPS case for me. He spoke to CPS on my behalf and I did not have to worry about anything. They closed the case within 30 days. I highly recommend Robert Berleth. The Saturday before Thanksgiving I was served with a lawsuit for an old account I thought had been settled ages ago. Boy was I surprised. Other than contract negotiations and reviews I have never needed an attorney, and I was terrified about what to do. A very trusted friend referred me to Robert. With the first telephone call, it was a done deal. He was direct in explaining the situation, best options and he wasted no time in getting right to work. Communication was a breeze, and Robert was able to answer all of my questions and help to reassure me. By Wednesday he had a reasonable settlement negotiated, and by Thanksgiving I was very THANKFUL. Hopefully I will not need his service again in the near future, but I would definitely call him again should the need arise.

I went to Mr. Parker to handle my reorganization after the attorney who filed it died. He took it on and gave me the best representation I could possibly have received despite the fact the court ruled the first attorney's firm was entitled to the fee! He did all the extremely arduous work for five ye ars and never was paid a penny and under the laws of a Chapter 13, I could not pay him. He never treated me differently than his paying clients. Mine was not an easy case yet he went to bat for me time after time. He truly had my best interests at heart. Kind, caring, as well as the most intelligent attorney I could have had. I only wish he would have handled my case from the beginning.
