Getting a Writ of Garnishment when you work so hard to stay on top of your obligations and be an honest person, is one of the most difficult things that can happen. My life was turned upside down four years ago when I was expecting my first child and my husband lost his job. It was a struggle tryin g to stay afloat with all the debts we owed, while my husband searched for a new job. After a few months, our savings account and lines of credit were completely depleted. The banks I was indebted to refused to work out an affordable payment plan, so when I couldn’t afford the bills any longer I was forced to make a very difficult decision. I’ve thought about my debts ever since I wasn’t able to make the payments. To my dismay, four years later on February 17, 2014, my world crumbled. I received a Writ of Garnishment after judgment for one of my delinquent accounts. My bank and my employer froze my assets. Mr. Saunders, the Saunders law firm was so helpful to me. I can try but can never really thank him enough for the fine work he personally did for me. The really great thing about the Saunders law firm is that Mr. Saunders only take cases when your really being treated unfairly and he handles every case personally himself. He is a senior attorney who specialized in workers compensation and had tons of experience but the point is that you don't get sluffed off to some new lawyer. Anyway, he was able to get all of my pay beneifts back to the date of my injury, a recovery of over $46,000 and he did not take a percentage of it like most lawyer but just charge a small hourly fee. Anyway, he was really patient with all of my many many questions. I had heard good things about saunders from my friends and I'm glad that I had the good sense to go to him.

My back was seriously hurt while working and the insurance company was no help at all. They wanted to deny me everything. I hired Robert Saunders as a Lawyer to take my case about workers compensation. The agreement was that the first consultation was free, he was going to take my case about my injury with my employer, and at anytime we can terminate the contract without penalty. I'm suffering with the pain of my injur y until now, and Mr. Saunders didn't do anything for 2 months, I called several times to know any notice about advance of my case but just his secretary told me wait. Finally I was tired and I sent an e-mail to Mr. Saunders terminating the contract. But after that, Mr. Saunders sent a bill to workers compensation to receive a payment for my case. I hired Mr Leonard to defend me in a controlled substance case. I had purchased some Tramadol while in Mexico for chronic pain. I did not know that it was a controlled substance. James Mount is pleasant surprise, I have to say, as he is my court appointed attorney for a case I have currently. I took a chance on him because of how he handled himself in court with his other clients. He is sharp, on point and he knows his stuff.
