I was introduced to this attorney during the middle of an ongoing criminal case that was heading in the worst imaginable direction possible. Once I hired this attorney, he took the time to explain the legal aspect of my case and broke down everything to where I was able to understand. Holland Jones was referred to me by a colleague during an emergency situation. Not only did he meet with me the same day that my incident occurred but he made me feel heard. He has helped ensure me and my family's safety during my divorce by filing a protective order on my behalf. We all make mistakes in our lives, especially financially. While it's easy to hand-waive away those that bring these types of mistakes onto themselves, we shouldn't dismiss those individuals when their trying to set things right. Moreover, we shouldn't allow those to be taken advantage of by folks th at have it in their best interest to take advantage of those wanting to make amends. The other side is not your friend, no matter what they say. Enter Mr. Brown. A lawyer who used to be the person on the other side of the table for many collection companies. He KNOWS how the game works. He KNOWS what tactics are used (by the other side). He KNOWS how people often lose without proper representation that understands the collections industry. Mr. Brown represented both myself and my spouse on completely separate cases and was able to achieve better deals than could ever be reached through direct negotiation with the collection agency's lawyers. All at an extremely generous price of representation. I honestly cannot think of a better lawyer who operates in this space which brings so much industry knowledge and personal-care value when taking a client on. I would go as far as to say it would be foolish NOT to seek his counsel; he's that good.
