My siblings and I were notified by a Texas pipeline company that stated its intent to lease a portion of our property for installing a gas line underneath the property for what seemed to be a low-ball offer. It did not appear that we had much of an alternative - accept their offer or face having the property condemned. It never occurred to me that I might find myself in a position to write a review for someone who couldn't further pursue my case. Timothy is an exception.
