Selecting a Medical Malpractice attorney was difficult at the beginning because we weren’t sure how to approach the subject. Once we made the decision to pursue this Medical Malpractice with Painter Law Firm, it was like a ton of stress was lifted. Other attorneys wanted us to obtain all records need ed and do a lot of the foot work. This only increased our stress of having to have any correspondence again with this hospital. Mr. Painter took over from the very beginning. Our family is already dealing with enough, each hour of the day, with the sustained injuries and can now focus back on the recovery process. My husband, of 2 years, was transported from work to a local hospital on 12/2/10 for chest pains and dizziness. His heart checked out fine but his blood count was low. The on call Gastroenterologist, wasn't available so the ER physician admitted him for a bleeding ulcer, where he received 4 units o f blood through the night. The next morning, he was assisted to the bathroom but left unattended. He collapsed due from bleeding out. CPR was conducted for approximately 16 minutes. He was revived and sent to SICU, where he coded again for 3 minutes. One week later, my husband died of brain damage at the age of 41 years old, leaving behind a 38 year old wife and 10 year old daughter. We were in the process of an adoption three months prior to his death. I decided to go through this process alone and my precious daughter was born exactly 2 years from the day that he and I first contacted the adoption agency. Mr. Painter is extremely friendly and made time to listen to my story, although it was rather difficult for me to talk about. He was informative and realistic about my case, but more importantly, he was very honest. It breaks my heart that my husband will only see his daughters from Heaven but it puts my mind at rest knowing that justice was somewhat served.....and this could possibly save someone else's life from ending.

Several years ago, I had the unfortunate experience of having the contractor for my custom home go bankrupt. Building a home was stressful enough in and of itself, but it became a nightmare when I found out five months after moving into the home that my contractor had not paid several of his subcont ractors in full and they were then coming after me for something I had already paid the contractor for. I wasn’t the big fish of a client that partners in law firms typically take on, and the amount the subcontractors were seeking was trivial for most, but it was a big deal to me and my young family. I was fortunate that the window to file a lien on my property had passed. Joshua took the time to contract and inform each of the attorneys for the subcontractors that any attempt to cloud our title would result in us going after them for the maximum amount allowed under Texas law. The calls and the letters stopped, and me and my family were finally able to enjoy our new home.

From the initial conversation, The firm was always a contender because of Benny and knowing his belief in Jesus Christ and his God fearing ways. I and my family were always felt comfortable, when conversating with anyone at the firm. My calls, emails, text were never gone unanswered. There were peo ple on his team that supported us day and night with whatever we needed. The game plan was always made clear, The time line, the pros and cons, the good the bad and the possible ugly, were all made known to us. The amount of hours that were put into this case from every angle that they could come up with. The depositions that were taken. The evidence that was pulled from 1000's of pages of contracts that they combed thru. The amount of hours that Benny and his team put into this case was something to be praised for. There were times when I would get calls on the weekend asking for additional paperwork, comments, pictures, names anything that could be used to contribute to the case that they were putting together, and I would be like........ Can you take a break its Sunday!!! LOL. The other thing that I will rate with 5 Stars***** is the fact that they prepared to go to trial from day one.
