  • ★★★★★Straight forward, confident with no hint of arrogance genuinely concerned that you find an attorney best suited for your case

I was recently referred to Mr. Mckenney by a friend for advice on a sensitive legal matter. I was able to speak directly to Mr. Mckenney on my very first call to his firm. In order to explain my situation, I had to disclose some very personal information. He instantly put me at ease and I was able to share my situation and the uncomfortable details with him with no anxiety or shame. He was completely non-judgmental and didn't seem at all phased by what I had to say. His calm, yet confident demeanor made me feel like I was already in good hands. As it turned out, Mr. Mckenney felt that I would be better represented by another attorney who specialized in the area of my issue. I was very thankful for his honesty about his area of expertise and the fact that he didn't hesitate to refer me to someone else. He gave me the name of two other attorneys and expressed his confidence in them both. He also advised me to quickly disclose certain facts about my matter so that if either attorney was unable to help me due to a conflict of interest, there would be no time wasted before figuring this out. He also took the time to explain to me a few reasons why there could be a conflict of interest, he told me to keep in touch with him and that we would start over and find someone else if either of these attorneys didn't work out.

She didn't even finish my case she just closed it out and that was it like if my son's life didn't mean anything I feel like Driscoll Childrens paid her off and they basically got away with murder then Monica charged me half of everything she took my case knowing it was a golden ticket for herself

I would gladly refer Ivan to friends and family, not just because he was able to obtain a settlement for me. I was very impressed with his professionalism and how detailed he was with my case ie. what to expect and how he would go about meeting with the other party, and he informed me of possible t he outcome favorable or not so favorable . Ivan made me feel comfortable, which was important to me as I have never had a personal injury case before.

After initial consultation I was told I'd get responses to my case upon submitting a written summary of my claim, a timeline, and supporting documents. After fulfilling this request and not receiving a response, I called to discuss my case. I left a message with the receptionist and at an alternate c ontact number. I didn't receive a return call so I sent an email inquiry. I received a return email saying I'd get a call by a certain date to discuss the case but didn't get a call. I then sent another email request for a status update and after more than two weeks, have yet to receive a response. It's been seven weeks since the initial consultation and I'm no further with my case than when I started.

This is the worse law firm ever! I was involved in a car accident when I was 8yrs old, September 13, 2013 to be exact. I had to wait until I turned 18yrs old to receive my settlement. My grandmother was told that I would receive $12,500. I picked up my check today and it was $3,896.05 SMH this is rid iculous!! You guys should be ashamed. And then you asked me to do a review for a gift card. Well here it is. You guys think because I’m 18yrs old that $3800 is sufficient. I am an honor roll student, working since age 16 and promoted to manager last week. I know my worth! The attorney fees was more than the check I received.
