Mr. Wolfson filed a counter-motion to what proved to be a weak motion filed by an ex-spouse to gain greater custody of our child. The counter-motion was powerful enough to cause the ex-spouse to cease filing motions against me and harrassing our child. It made an enormous difference in my child's a nd our entire family's lives.
