Bob Macintyre was paramount in resolving all the controversies of my deceased husband's estate. He was attentive, generous, and thoughtful. I was in severe grief under psychiatric care on tons of medicines and very unstable. Somehow Bob was able to reach me and even make me smile through the tears I cried most of the time. Guardianship isn't something that you are thinking about when you have a child with special needs, but in our case, it was necessary as our kiddo turned 18. I see all of these glowing reviews and I just do not understand. I hired Mr. Clark for a divorce filing and could never get in touch with him or his legal assistant. They did not return calls or texts after repeated attempts on my part to contact them. When I did finally speak to someone, they did not know where the case stood and made mistakes on documents that were to be sent to the court. I never received a statement on my account, even after repeated request. Two weeks ago, I asked that my account be balanced and a check for the remainder of my retainer be sent to me. Today I got a message saying that he was withdrawing as my attorney. I believe that was handled two weeks ago when I asked for my retainer back. I do not understand why this is so difficult. It was actually a pretty straight forward case.
