I am an 88 year old Korean Veteran and can not say enough good things about Tristan Longino and how he helped me work through a very difficult divorce. Mr. Longino took the time to get to know me, the circumstances of my divorce and answered questions honestly. He saw no reason to turn my divorce i nto a lengthy process and explained very clearly what my expectations should be prior to me hiring him. Reached out to Mr. Longino for assistance for a very, very difficult child support case between two states. After two TX, and two California attorney's, and no end in sight because of the difficulty of my case, Mr. Longino was very knowledgeable in this area and was able to assist and get us closer t o the finish line that we had never been in 4 years. As frustrated as I have been going from court in CA, TX, and back to CA, I am now better prepared to fight this battle with the help from Mr. Longino. I chose this law firm because of all the good reviews and now I am wondering if they were even true. I had a meeting here last week and Tristan seemed to be the least interested in helping me. He yawned twice during the consultation and basically made me feel like there was nothing I could do in my d ivorce, but yet still said I should hire them. Waste of money and I wish I never went!!

Christine was very helpful and efficient in guiding me through the divorce process in late 2024 through early 2025. She provided great counsel from experience and had an arsenal of contacts for assisting with certain particulars throughout the process when needed. Her fees were reasonable and her b illing was methodically thorough as well as made transparent. What I most notably appreciated about Christine was her high degree of responsiveness and speed at which she moved things along on our end. Any delays experienced were caused by the other party and not by Christine herself. As with any legal situation, i feel it is the client’s responsibility to review any drafted documents with a fine-toothed comb to make corrections, ask clarifying questions, and take ownership/responsibility to drive desired outcomes. Every situation is unique and takes strong partnership with your attorney to get the best possible outcome, which largely depends on the client’s level of effort and thoroughness. The process itself was not short on frustrations and challenges, but Christine was patient and consistent with me in finding or suggesting possible resolution alternatives. In the end, I was satisfied with the outcomes and terms of the divorce thanks to Christine’s hard work and persistence. Ms. Lincoln is superb. A divorce is never easy, and it gets infinitely more complicated when the reason for the divorce is your spouse suffers from an incapacitating mental illness and refuses treatment. I told Ms. Lincoln that it was my intention to keep things cordial and fair. This is easier sai d than done when the other party cannot keep it together and behaves erratically. I am very grateful for Ms. Lincoln’s skills at moving things along while still keeping things friendly. It is a pleasure to work with an attorney who is thorough, always available, never in a hurry and can see humor even in tough situations. She was willing to go the extra mile and take on tasks that the opposing counsel should have completed. I was impressed with Ms. Lincoln’s way of organizing things, simplifying the process and responding promptly to emails.
