Like someone stated below, I was cited for disobeying a traffic stop when I knew the officer was clearly lying since who would mess up with a Police officer stalking them for 4 mins and decide on the 3rd stop sign that I don't know how to obey traffic laws?!(Yet the 4 cars speeding in front o f me in a school zone were not worth his time I assume), so I fought it with the help of Mr. Stoll! I was expecting another citation I received to stick, the officer was doing his best to send his kids to Harvard finding everything wrong about me, but possibly have my stop sign citation dismissed due to evidence. However Mr. Stoll was not willing to settle for table scraps, and was able to get my tickets dismissed in less than 30mins!! I will be highly recommending him to anyone who feels unfairly wronged by the law because he has your back and best interest at heart! I must also add that he is easily reachable if you have any concerns, and is very affordable if money is an issue =)

My truck was recently profiled by new addition to the Tomball police department. I received 3 violations and also missed my court date. I found Michael Stoll through a car club forum. He sent a letter to the court to reschedule the date. I met him for the first time in court and he had one violation dismissed and the remainder fines drastically reduced to $40 with no record. I was stunned, called his office and immediately made payment for his services.......I will definitely use him again and would definitely recommend him to others.

Having Mr. Stoll represent me was the best decision I could have ever made!! I received a traffic citation for speeding after not having a traffic violation in over 10 years. I have a CDL so I knew hiring an attorney would be expensive but I knew it was imperative that I do so in order to try to keep the violation off my driving record. I met Mr. Stoll in court while he was tending to another client. I told him of my situation and he agreed to represent me. A month later I received another traffic citation for speeding. Concerned, I reached out to Mr. Stoll and told him about the additional citation. His words and confidence put me at ease. We went to court and he was able to get both traffic violations dismissed. His attorney fee was more than reasonable! If you are faced with a traffic violation don’t go to court alone….hire Mr. Stoll!

Hired Mr. French on Monday May 6th and by Thursday May 8 he already had the two tickets dismissed. And for a very reasonable fee I should add. He really surprised me with both how quickly he handled it and the final disposition. I highly recommend him.

I had an ALR suspension due to "mis-filings" with DPS a couple of months ago. Apparently, my license was suspended and I was notified of driving while license suspended, making the matter much worse. After calling in for an initial consultation, in about an hour Michelle identified the root of both issues A week later all of the confusion was cleared up. Having Eustler Law firm work on my issue was painless. My only regret is not taking the initiative and finding this firm to get this resolved sooner. I drive OTR and the City of Houston had some citations over 10 yrs old that totalled around 72k that prevented me from renewing my license. Yes. L ong story behind it. Short version, a bunch of code violations by the owner of a company I was working for over 10yrs ago got charged to me. Anyway, this firm got all but 2000.00 of it dismissed. If you have a similar issue, give this firm a chance to take care of it.

Cynthia failed to show up to court, and blames me, even though I was following the same process I went through the first time she represented me. I believe that she forgot, but the real insult is in not taking responsibility for actions and trying to blame her client. Very unprofessional.
