Excellent in every way from beginning to end. Settled my SSI case with ease and speed, responded promptly and covered all bases. A+

Excellent service. It was nice being able to actually consult with an actual attorney and not just the staff. Thank you!

Ms. Speer is a great attorney. She is like a pitbull in heels! I love her. She came to my apt and visited with me (she didnt bill me for it) and what ever needs to be done or what documents need to be retrieved she does her best to keep cost down so I can keep as much that will be allowed. Social Security is no joke. She is fighting a good fight for me and she keeps me informed. I had one other attorney prior to her and he was rude, matter of factly and basically treated me as if I should let him do his thing and he will get back to me when there is something to report. No need to keep asking anything. He told me that I shouldn't worry because if it took longer the pay out would be better. He didn't care about me, just the payout. I am in need now in the worst way. I am so glad that I found someone who actually cares. I would recommend her any day of the week!

  • ★★★★★My Hero

I wanted to give a special thanks to my lawyer Mrs. Selina Valdez (Marc Whitehead and Associates) for winning my SSDI hearing in the first round. Mrs. Valdez made me feel very comfortable she prepared me for my hearing and she was prepared. Mrs. Valdez knew exactly what questions to ask and what not to ask. Mrs. Valdez even made me feel comfortable during the hearing without losing focus on her mission. Mrs. Valdez I am very grateful that God put you into my life and made my life a little more comfortable. Mrs. Valdez I will go to war with you anytime anywhere. Thank you

My attorney Salina, was very gracious she explain things very well had patients with all the questions I had. I was raised by attorneys and she’s nothing like that laughing out loud I grew up with some rough attorneys when she said she was going to do something call me or text me or email me she did so and I’m very grateful for her professionalism and her kindness.
