Excellent service. It was nice being able to actually consult with an actual attorney and not just the staff. Thank you!

Ms. Speer is a great attorney. She is like a pitbull in heels! I love her. She came to my apt and visited with me (she didnt bill me for it) and what ever needs to be done or what documents need to be retrieved she does her best to keep cost down so I can keep as much that will be allowed. Social Security is no joke. She is fighting a good fight for me and she keeps me informed. I had one other attorney prior to her and he was rude, matter of factly and basically treated me as if I should let him do his thing and he will get back to me when there is something to report. No need to keep asking anything. He told me that I shouldn't worry because if it took longer the pay out would be better. He didn't care about me, just the payout. I am in need now in the worst way. I am so glad that I found someone who actually cares. I would recommend her any day of the week!

I wanted to give a special thanks to my lawyer Mrs. Selina Valdez (Marc Whitehead and Associates) for winning my SSDI hearing in the first round. Mrs. Valdez made me feel very comfortable she prepared me for my hearing and she was prepared. Mrs. Valdez knew exactly what questions to ask and what not to ask. Mrs. Valdez even made me feel comfortable during the hearing without losing focus on her mission. Mrs. Valdez I am very grateful that God put you into my life and made my life a little more comfortable. Mrs. Valdez I will go to war with you anytime anywhere. Thank you

- ★★★★★Best Disability attorney in Houston
Juan ·
Mr. Andrews is a great disability attorney . And so is the young lady Karla that works there . Mr. Andrews met with me after trying to get disability for two and a half years . He and his staff but together all my medical records. They put it all together and sent it to the ALJ judge . The judge app roved my case based on my medical records Mr. Andrews put together . I did not have to appear before the judge . I would highly recommend Mr. Andrews. In my opinion the best disability attorney in Houston .

Mr.Andrews has been very knowledgeable and explained every detail of our case. He did an amazing job. I would like to thank Mr.Andrews and his very friendly staff.
- ★★★★★Mr. Andrews
Danielle ·
I want to preface this by saying that Mr. Andrews and his team won our case and helped me get disability benefits! We originally were denied and had to appeal. When we scheduled our hearing, we employed Mr. Andrews as legal representation. At first we were a little dismayed. It was hard to tell w hat was or wasn’t happening because we were so unfamiliar with the process. And Mr. Andrews was actually late to both our first consultation as well as the hearing itself. Then, his staff called several times asking the same questions and we felt like there was a bit of a communication error. For weeks, I called for updates and got told to be patient but that is apparently just part of the process so we can’t hold that against the attorney’s office. During my hearing Mr. Andrews seemed every part the lawyer and I was glad he understood the terminology enough to converse with the judge in a way that I could not. However, it worried me a little that Mr. Andrews seemed a tad uniformed about my medical condition. That’s easy to do considering the complexity of my conditions but it did make me worry at the time. Afterward, I told Mr. Andrews my concerns and he was every bit helpful! He made sure the judge understood and he called several times after to confirm different things so that we were never again mistaken about what was taking place. All in all, it seemed that Mr. Andrews and his team have a lot on their plate and at times we worried that our case would fall through the cracks. That was a little nerve wracking to be honest and is the reason I took off one star in the rating. But, in the end, we found that our concerns were small in comparison to the result and the case was won without too much heartache. We are grateful for the knowledge and work the team put in behind the scenes and would indeed recommend their services if results are the main focus!

I can't say enough good things about Mr Andrews. I had been trying several years to get my disability on my own. One of my doctors told me I needed to get an attorney. I asked a attorney I know Who? He told me Mr Andrews was the best disability attorney in Texas, and he was right. His knowledge and expertise got me a favorable decision for full disability. I will forever be grateful for his help. This man knows what he is doing!
- ★★★★★Disorganized and dishonest
anonymous · employment law ·
I truly hate that I have to write this review, and I want to make it clear that my dissatisfaction isn’t because the case didn’t go in my favor. My feelings towards this law firm aren’t shaped by that alone. I had a discrimination case and paid a significant amount of money for them to represent me, but sadly, I must say they were disorganized. I constantly had to follow up with them to get updates, and I can't help but feel like they didn’t pursue my case fully because they had already been paid by my employer. Some may disagree, but I genuinely believe they could improve their services—especially when it comes to follow-ups, laying out a clear plan of action, and, most importantly, not having the first meeting with Attorney T. Robinson be the last one, where he informed me he would no longer be handling my case. For the amount of money I paid and for what they promised, none of it was delivered. It seems like the only way they can successfully support or win a case is if you’ve been blatantly called slurs, physically abused, or subjected to years of blatant, documented discrimination. I expressed these concerns during our termination meeting, but I feel it’s important to share this with anyone considering them for an employment discrimination case.
- ★★★★★Terrence Robinson

I hired Terrence to represent me in a case and have also recommended him to friends who needed legal advice. Mr.Robinson is a excellent lawyer and he tells it to you straight. And Laura in his office is also equally amazing, they have a great staff at the firm and I would hire them again!
- ★★★★★Quick, Effective, and Honest
Leigh · employment law ·
I first contacted Mr. Robinson's office in late Feb 2020. My first conversation was with his office manager, Miosha. Not only did she seem detailed in the information she was sharing, she listened. When you are in the midst of a "situation", it goes a long way when you feel are being heard. She s poke with a calm and understanding that made me feel comfortable. She was honest and even stopped to relate to me and the issue I faced. Most of all, she was responsive - but not at all pushy (I called back several times before signing up for a consultation with Mr. Robinson). Regarding Mr. Robinson, he was up front during my consultation. He was not brash at all. He did not come across as the stereotypical lawyer (in a hurry and uninterested). There was a human element. He even had a sense of humor that I would continue to see in the time we worked together. He communicated matter of factly about my situation. Similar to Miosha, he understood the problem I was facing and did not move to minimize. I suppose it was a sense of validation, which goes a long way. He let me know where I stood, my options, and even gave me steps to take if I decided not to move forward with legal action. He even went so far as to advise how I should proactively protect myself in the future with other employers. He did not promise me anything, but he did give me peace of mind in letting me know that my troubles were not unique to me. I walked away knowing there was a viable path forward and that he was there to take the lead finding a beneficial resolution. Ultimately, I moved forward with retaining his services and I was immediately contacted by his team to provide as much information as I could about the history of my problem. We discussed those details, and he shared how we were going to approach it with the other party. Without being longwinded, he kept me informed at every step of the way. When he communicated with opposing counsel, I was made aware. I was given the opportunity to ask questions (and I asked several!). He gave me the power to dictate how we moved forward, but was also vocal on his suggestions and consequences of each step. Admittedly, I did not always readily agree with his proposed next step. In these situations, he was quick to compromise and also give a preview of the next 3 steps if we took a certain approach (be it his or mine). This allowed me to build more trust in his recommendations. Quite simply, I was a part of the process and it empowered me. Often in these situations, you feel like a victim - helpless. So, to be given a voice in the battle and know you have a someone to go take charge of the fight is a major stress reliever. While it’s important to understand that each case is different, the process for us to reach a resolution took 6 mos. Based on the reason for my case, I can say I definitely won. Had I not reached out Mr. Robinson, I know I would be stuck, unhappy, and feeling powerless about a problem willfully created by others. If you are unsure of what to do or where to turn for help, I strongly advise you to at least secure a consultation with Mr. Robinson. Ironically, I suggested his services to someone else facing a dilemma similar to mine. He was honest with this person about their situation. He communicated that there was not much that could be done given the details of their complaint. For a lawyer to not take your money just for the sake of taking it knowing full well there is nothing that can be done says a lot! So, call Terrance!

Tony Stergio assumed responsiblility for my dispute with former partners after a very large amount of unproductive time and money were spent with another firm. Tony was very responsive to my concerns and very informative as to what possibe outcomes I might be faced with. We progressed through t he process towards trial and he coached me through the entire process. I made it through the painful process of deposition with my former partners with his help. My case ended up in mediation where Mr. Stergio assisted me to a settlement that exceeded what I thought I would receive, knowing the people that I was dealing with. Since that time, I have actually recommended Tony to several other people because of his honesty and integrity in handling the intricacies of my case. I highly recommend him for

Tony has been a blessing to our organization since we hired him about one year ago. While we are his first public emergency services organization client, Tony has responded quickly to our needs from an employment practices standpoint and become well versed in our niche. We are a growing agency, w hich means our need for a dedicated specialist, like Tony, was necessary to facilitate our growth and to ensure we were handling matters appropriately. Tony has even become involved in some disputes with vendors and been extremely helpful in every way. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for a solid employment practices attorney!

I came to Mr. Broemer for help after a coup began to illegitimately attempt to force me out of my own non-profit corporation. Mr. Broemer guided me step by step on certain preemptive measures which protected me and my company. His knowledge and expertise made this possible. He is very approachable an d kept everything on a personal level. He spent almost two hours with my wife and I and could have charged me a great deal for his time which I was easily willing to pay, and is the industry standard, but he treated it as a consultation. If you ever need an attorney to fight for you put Mr. Broemer in your corner.

Sheldon · business law ·
I own a business in the Sign Industry. I hired Fulton to help me deal with a fraudulent labor issue that could've potentially put me out of business. At the time I hired Fulton I felt overwhelmed and lost. It felt as if every government agency was bombarding me and demanding rapid fire responses. The need to immediately address everything paralyzed me and my business. When I met with Fulton regarding my need for help it was more than his expertise and knowledge that he brought to the table. It was his "We Got This - You're Ok - Not a Problem " demeanor and attitude that helped me personally. Knowing you have a guy like Fulton on your side, who is in it with you was everything to me. Fulton took care of the fraudulent labor issue, I am ok, and it's no longer a problem. Thank You Fulton.

I was issued a proposed removal letter at the VA where I work as a nurse, and I didn't know what to do. I was confused and disoriented. I quickly browsed the internet for federal attorney and the first one that popped up was Pines Federal. I decided to give them a call and they connected me with Aman da Moreno to handle my case. I presented the letter of proposed removal to her and the associated evidence documents. She was prepared to help me by drafting the response to the proposed removal, represent me during oral presentation, and appeal if necessary. When she completed the response, it was excellent and above my expectation. She sent it to the deciding official and sent a copy to me. The rest was history. The deciding official canceled my proposed removal within a week of getting the response from Amanda and today I have my job back without any penalty. This law firm is the best federal government love firm out there. They were ready to defend me to the end, before the proposed removal was abruptly canceled. I will be spreading the news to my friends and coworkers who are looking for authentic legal representation. Kudos to Amanda Moreno!!!

Throughout the ent ire experience, Mr. Pines and his team were very enthusiastic, empathetic, and honest. I have retained a number of different attorneys throughout my lifetime and I can say without a doubt the attorneys of the Pines Federal Law firm have been the most personable, ethical, empathetic, and honest attorneys that I have ever worked with. With Pines Federal, it's not all about "the money". It's about the client, the client's needs and general welfare. Top notch firm.
