I found myself in the unfortunate position of having a TRO filed against me. Farheen represented me in getting it dismissed, as well as removing it from my record. Farheen made a scary and sad time in my life easier to cope with. She was prepared, meticulous, passionate and calming. Having to appea r in court was something I never dreamed would happen to me, so I can't over emphasize Farheen's communication and ability to take the edge off an unnerving situation, which is a huge intangible. She is also overly prepared and organized, thus allowing the process to unfold smoothly and quickly. I thought I was being provided with knowledgable legal advice, but found out otherwise. The first thing I asked of her when we discussed my situation was to get me the shortest sentence possible. After I was sent to prison, the correctional employees discovered that I was sentenced to more extended s upervision time than the maximum possible according to the law. How do you miss something so important?

Farheen helped me through a domestic violence case; she was extremely knowledgeable on the protocol & what to realistically expect coming out of the situation. She was very fair; I didn't sense she was the sort of attorney trying to instill fear in me so that I'd pay up for more services (that weren' t ever needed). I appreciate Farheen's frequent communication, as we all know how difficult it can be to hear from your lawyer once you've signed the retainer. Overall, I'd rank Farheen as a stellar attorney & would certainly recommend her to anyone in need of representation.
