I was looking for a lawyer to defend me in a lawsuit I had filed against my business. I called around and was referred to Israel Garcia by another lawyer. I met with Israel and his fee was very affordable. I was set on a payment plan and I the process began. I was very prepared for court by Mr. Garc ia and his staff. We eventually had a court date. Once the jury heard all of the evidence and the facts, we won the case. It was a costly process but I am glad my case was won and I do not have to worry about this anymore. I was referred to Israel by one of my family members who had used him for something unrelated. I called Israel because I had been in an automobile accident with a drunk driver. The other person's insurance company did not want to pay my damages. The other party was arrested at the scene. This was really frustrating knowing that someone had caused a serious accident and now they were trying to get out of it. I called Israel and he immediately came to see me as I did not have a car. My car had been totaled out. Israel and his staff immediately began working my case and put me in a rental car within 24 hours. I went to the hospital and my family doctor and was later sent for therapy. The case took several months to complete. I am very happy with the results. These insurance companies do not want to pay when they are at fault but they sure do take your premiums fast. If I had to go through this process again, I would choose not to. But if you have to suffer through this type of ordeal, I suggest you hire a lawyer who is honest and hard working. I would hire Mr. Garcia again. Mr. Garcia was always available and his staff does an incredible job of keeping you updated and informed. I called Mr. Garcia many times on his cell phone and he answered and put me at ease with the situation. Thank God there are professionals like Mr. Garcia. He is an excellent lawyer.

I had three minor.tickets tags and invalid lic. He charged reasonable price so I felt skeptical then my setting went to court officer was no show and case dismissed! He is not one of those lazy attorneys trying to take your money. Never even meet him. Will be recommended! =)

Every time I would try and talk to him he was sort of in a rush, has no patience and does not communicate clearly. Last time I spoke with him he hung up! Several days later I received an email with documentation. Hired him still lost a simple speeding ticket. I do not recommend.

Brittany helped me with a felony assault case. I met with her in person. Gave her the details of the case and she went to work. She was very open and honest about our options. I was on a six year probation term that I had served a little over half at the time. I also had an alcohol monitor. Brittany was able to have my probation conditions modified which removed the ankle monitor saving me 400 dollars a month. Then in a few short months she had my probation discharged via early termination by order of the court. This all happened in a county that has a district court known for its harsh punishment and rarely grants early termination. She’s an amazing lawyer and I have met many unfortunately but I was very thankful to have her on my side. Her experience and work ethic come at a reasonable price.
