I am extremely happy with the results I received after hiring Mr. Dhiraj Suvarna at Gee & Zhang LLP. I had first taken my National Interest Waiver application to a different attorney who simply packaged all my achievements and submitted it with just an Index. I was shocked when I received a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID). Without a doubt, Candida is one of the most methodical, thorough and knowledgable immigration attorneys out there. Said what he was going to do and did it. Was helpful in guiding me and my spouse through the process from beginning to end. Been many years but I drove past his office today and decided to write a belated review. He would get the full 5 stars but he made me uncomfortable by telling me he was worrie d my wife would have issues getting her citizenship because we are Palestinian but after meeting me and seeing how (docile) I am he didn’t think it would be an issue. I guess what he meant is you guys are perceived in a negative way and it won’t be good for your case but since you’re not a stereotype I have in my head you should be ok. Not sure what he thinks docile means but it was very insulting. I let it go at the time since I felt he was dealing with some sort of health issues based on my observations. Other times he told me what a badass and great bunch of guys the IDF soldiers he interacted with during his time in Israel were. Seemed to be a big fan so I’m glad he was able to put those feelings aside and do the good job that he did for us.

I contacted Mr. Nossa's office about a case to petition for my husband from Ghana, Africa. I am an American born USC and I went to Ghana to get married. We went to see her for a consultation about an immigration situation. She was not really through with the options. She talked about them as we brought them up. That decreased my confidence in her. We asked her about EB3 options and she told us that’s a greencard route despite we gave her a clear goal of migrating someone to the US not just interested in a visa. After the consultation I asked her a simple question through email. She never responded. I guess she wants each question to be paid for besides her consultation fee of $250 for half an hour that we didn’t get anything out of. She didn’t do well for us at all. Do not recommend.

I was trying to get a consultation with this attorney and received really poor treatment since the beginning, the person answering the phone is so rude and not educated at all how to speak to people in a professional matter. She sent me bunch of text like forcing me to do something that I wasn't co mfortable doing and saying that will have to cancel my appointment, so that is what I did.
