I was in a bad situation. My wife had just passed away. Probate was not a situation I truly wanted to deal with at that time of grieving. As a matter of fact, I would have given away much of what I had legally coming to me at that point. Then her family, and their attorney became overly greedy an d began belittling my marriage. Veronica is an extremely knowledgeable attorney who can help with the most complex of immigration cases. My mother-in-law had been in Mexico and my wife applied for her to come to the US. At the interview in Juarez the consular official told my mother-in-law that she had made a false misrepresentatio n and would not be allowed to come to the US. My mother-in-law never made any such misrepresentation but there was no waiver and essentially would result in a lifetime ban from the US. While things looked hopeless I decided to contact Veronica to see if anything else could be done. Veronica was highly recommended to me as a specialist in consular issues. Veronica took our family information and drafted a very thorough and polished correspondence to the consulate in Juarez. About 2.5 months after she sent the document to the consulate we received the news that the consulate had granted us a second interview. Last week my mother-in-law went to the second interview and the consulate decided to reverse its previous decision and to allow her to come to the US. Veronica's work will have long-lasting consequences for our family which will allow my mother-in-law to meet and hold her granddaughter in her arms for the very first time. If you are looking for an immigration lawyer in Houston, don't look no further, Hire Attorney Gary. We spent so much money and time on lawyers throughout the time we were looking for a way for my husband to work in the USA. He graduated as a nurse and H1B was not an option. Only Schedule A green card . We visited in Houston almost 3-4 lawyers, including FosterQuan and it was always the same result. 1) They enjoyed the mighty consultation fee with no concrete answers. 2) we ran behind them like chickens all the time to get updates on where our paper was ( by the we has paid some $3000 or so). basically we were drained financially. My husband gave up and we decided to just go chill in Mexico. The last day before we left, my husband's current boss told us she had a nephew who would solve this, Attorney Gary. Well with our last bits of savings we gave this our last shot and hope. Attorney Gary took our case around June 2013 and by July 2015 we were approved for the green card. On September 21st 2015, we entered the USA. They processed everything in a timely manner, Wage Determination, Job postings, I-140 and Consular processing without us having to constantly running behind them like chickens and wondering where is our case, where are we at.
