Mr. Redmond defended my automotive company in an employment discrimination case, alleging that my company discriminated against a former employer on the basis of her age, sex and in retaliation for complaining about the discrimination. He was able to get the case dismissed by the EEOC, and was succe ssful in having the case dismissed by the Court with a judgment in favor of my business. Mr. Redmond is a very smart employment lawyer, its like he knows it off the back of his head. He immediately took action to protect my company, a real gentleman but a bulldog as well, which I like. He was response to calls, constantly sent emails and reports updating me on the status of the case and made me feel like I was a part of helping him decide his stragety by asking for my thoughts.
