My partner and had our children ripped from us without warning. It was a complicated and not a common case for any attorney - especially in a conservative state and city like Houston, TX. Ashley was organized and so well prepared for each meeting with the judge and hearings. Ashley would object to the opposing attorney before she could end her sentence. Even if the opposing party's line of questioning is overruled, you cannot erase what was said from a person's mind. Ashley knows this well, and is always ready to put the opposing party's counsel in check! Ashley was able to get the other party to admit facts on the record that we thought would never happen. Presented evidence in a way to prove our case and our character. Ashley remembers details that even we forgot! Useful when reexaming the other party. Things started to unwind and lies were coming to light. Ashley's line of questioning had us saying "she is genius!!" Ashley was tough and fought for us every minute of the way. Ashley took our case and made it feel personal. We knew in our hearts, Ashley was dedicated to our case, and determined to win our case. In the end, we won our case! A case which we were told we would lose, Ashley won. In a case were mothers are always given the benefit of the doubt, and always favored by the courts, we won! I was referred to attorney Ashley Coleman through a good friend. With just the initial phone call she was very thorough and understanding to what it was I needed. I have rarely required a lawyer and was not even sure I needed one in this situation. Bobby Warren patiently answered all my questions and offered sound advice. From the beginning of my family's legal ordeal, grandparents rights and child custody issues, Bobby'sVince legal knowledge of subject and positive attitude, helped gain our trust in him. Mr. Warren handled my uncontested divorce with excellent efficiency and even better communication with near immediate responses to every question I had. I have dealt with 3 other attorneys in my past and never have I had such amazing responsiveness. I was usually left waiting for days and days resu lting in having to speak with a paralegal that just deducted from my retainer; that is definitely not the case with Mr. Warren. Another thing that completely impressed me is that I was able to discuss my issue over the phone, and and answer questions via email, and even paid my bill via email. I never had to make a trip to an office downtown where I had to fight traffic only to wait for extended periods of time in a lobby. In fact I did not actually meet Mr. Warren face to face until my court date which was scheduled at the earliest date available because the communication was as good as I believe it could possibly be. Before going in front of the judge I was completely informed of what to expect and was not left wondering how the process worked; the entire time spent in court was about 1 hour, which 50 minutes of that was waiting on the judge to arrive! If you expect excellent communication from your attorney and need a smart, decisive lawyer who works quickly and efficiently, I definitely recommend Mr. Warren.

I reached out to Lacy for divorce/custody case. Lacy is extremely thorough and detailed to the extreme she will literally know your case better than you know your case. She was responsive, honest, direct and caring. When it came to negotiating she fought for me like a bulldog but with a great deal of assertive tact with the opposing attorney. Joel was not my initial lawyer, but he is the one that created peace in our lives. I call him our guardian angel. When I filed for divorce, I did not expect the 7 years of litigation that would follow. After an 15 month custody battle that ended in a trial by jury, I was exhausted. While I won cust ody of my child, I did not walk away feeling good about how my case was handled, or safe. When my Ex continued to come after me after the trial, I searched for a new lawyer, and was eventually referred to Joel. He was a blessing. I did not want a lawyer who wanted to beat my Ex down. After 5 days, my family was safe, our new decree air tight, and I was awarded all my attorney fees, and appellate fees.... should he appeal. Which he did, and lost as well. I am a professional woman, who was in a bad marriage, who wanted a better life for her child. I have years of experience in divorce litigation.... as the plaintiff. If you are looking for a lawyer who has integrity, knows the law, and truly cares about you as a person, hire Joel. I have sent others to him, and all have been happy with the results. Divorce is a very scary time, and while I was interviewing lawyers to represent me, I immediately felt at ease with Joel.
