I had a septic company come to my residence inform me I needed $3650 worth of service. I paid the amount and services were not only not rendered completely, but unnecessary. After trying to resolve the issue myself with the owner I contacted Wayne. Mr Nelson helped me file a suit against the company . Then helped mediate a resolution before we had to end up in court. He was excellent with his communication with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend Mr Wayne Nelson, and I actually already have.

Jane handled my mediation. I found her to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable on family law. She weighed the risks of my case and made me feel very comfortable about the entire process. I went in with my husbands lawyer stating to my attorney that we would NO WAY settle today... my husband was asking for a LARGE amount of money and by the time we were done, he settled for less than half and let go of making me pay his attorney fees AND let me keep the stocks and bonds... I don't kno w what Jane said but it worked. She was professional, honest, open and very patient i never felt pushed or rushed and she had wonderful snacks for us. Her office was beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend her!

My ex called him the Johnny Cochran of divorce law. His tough tactics help to get us divorced quickly and he caught quite a few details that were extremely important long term. would highly recommend!

While I was in my teens, Mr. Indelicato was retained to represent me. He was verbally abusive and disregarded my instructions.
