Nobody wants to be in a situation where they need Aaron’s services, but that’s where I found myself. I had a decision to make about whether to save some money and hire just any attorney, or go to a law firm that specializes in DUI cases. I decided to go with Aaron's firm because that is what they do for a living. In hindsight, I am so grateful to myself for making the decision I did. The cost of great representation can feel substantial if you've never needed it, but this is certainly a once in a lifetime occurrence that could have had serious ramifications to my professional future. From start to finish, I was blown away with the representation Aaron (White) gave me. I did everything the state required of me, but I wouldn’t have had the opportunity I received if not for Aaron. My BAC at arrest was very high, above what is allowed for entry into a pre-trial diversion program. He still found a way to get me into the PTD program, in a county with a reputation for their lack of leniency with DWI charges. I am a professional with a career and a DWI arrest on my record certainly would have made hiring with another company in the future much more difficult. I received the best possible result I could have realistically asked for. As of this last month, my case was dismissed, and the expunction order was signed by the judge. For all intents and purposes, the arrest never happened. That was the goal from the beginning, if it was at all possible, and he got it for me. If I had to relive this experience all over again, I would go with Aaron and his firm to represent me in the case with zero doubts and no hesitation. When Mr Roth was put on my case I previously dealt with 3 different lawyers that got me nowhere and my cases were about to be 3 years old. I was in county for months with no bond and the first day he became my lawyer he got me a bond right away. He asked me to come to his office and so we could come up with a plan to fight back against a judge and prosecutor who were dead set on making me sign for 8 yrs. Long story short , I ended up getting moved to a new court and Mr Roth skillfully seized the opportunity and got me out here now and not in jail with a fresh 8 yr sentence.

I had serious criminal charges, let me rephrase. I had a habitual offender situation to go up against and Cory knocked it out the park. Got both misdemeanor and felony charges thrown out with his expert knowledge and aggressive approach. Cory not only beat my charge but he did so with the swag o f a 30 year vet. Cory was a very good attorney to work with. I had a case that was almost 5 years old that the county filed but never did anything with. I was arrested in august 2021 from a warrant that we didn’t know about and finally June 2022 went to pre trial and my case was dismissed! Cory really fought for me! If someone asked me do I know a good attorney, I’d say I know an EXCELLENT attorney and her name is Letitia Quinones. Back in 2007, I needed legal assistance to help with a criminal case.
