Matthew was blessing for me , his response was prompt , quick & he was efficient. When I explained my issue that I was having getting my mortgage company to release insurance funds to hire my contractor to complete repairs on my home. He immediately knew exactly what he had to do. The letter was sent around 3/16 and my insurance company cut me a check 3/31. The Houston Bar Association referred me to Mr. Chappell after a company performed some deceptive practices against my dad regarding an insurance claim. The agreed upon amount for their services was a few thousand dollars but they billed an amount more than five times greater. Mr. Chappell explain ed to my dad and I which law(s) were being broken by the company and he would represent my dad. Legal notifications were sent to the company; after a while they responded with threats and hostilities. Mr. Chappell relaxed my dad's fears and returned volley. A few days later the issue was resolved, and my dad no longer had a bill. Mr. Chappell is a man with clear and concise methods; you're going to want him on your side.
