Atty. Matthew did an outstanding job for us. He was so many positive adjectives. I appreciated all of them; but moving quickly and being responsive were gold for us. Also, he performed as an expert in the matter. He knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Matt to hand your legal matter.

Mr Sharp was excellent in the sense that when I was truly desperate for some legal advice regarding a possible places where weapons are prohibited charge, he answered the phone at 9pm on a Friday night. He right then and there, over the phone, looked up some relevant cases from across the state and g ave me the true nature of what I could be potentially dealing with. Despite the low probability of being charged, I chose to retain Mr. Sharp for preemptive measures. Mr. Sharp continued to research the relevant laws and had me sit down with him in person to review the details of my case. He took the time to listen to my concerns with empathy and he gave me a very matter of fact, no nonsense answer regarding all of the potential factors and grey areas in the penal code. Mr. Sharp agreed to contact law authorities on my behalf, and despite the officer not being able to talk to him on 3 different occasions, he persisted, and eventually got ahold of the officer at 5pm on a Sunday evening. After discussing the legal situation with the officer and attesting to my character, the officer assured Mr. Sharp that they would not pursue any criminal charges or refer the incident to a Harris County District Attorney. Over all, I may have been excessively cautions, however, I do not doubt that having Mr. Sharp as my council placed me in the best legal position available to me at the time. Due to his discussion with the officer, I am convinced that he was able to press the fact that I was well within my right, and I did not violate any laws. I believe this situation had the potential to be disastrous for my career, and could have cost thousands of dollars to defend against if the officers misinterpreted the rather grey area in the Texas Penal Code. Mr. Sharp brought me peace of mind, and his ability to return text messages and phone calls was second to none. Highly recommend to anyone facing criminal charges.
